This 85m2 apartment is very well located, in a nice walking street near by the market of Ruzafa.

Entering the flat you will be in the large living room, about 40m2, with high ceilings and wooden beams.. It is South oriented, which means the sun enters the room since the morning from the balcony big window.

The balcony is nice, with a little table and two chairs to enjoy a relaxing moment.

On the side of the balcony is the small independent kitchen, also very sunny.

The bedroom is quite big with a bed for two persons, a wardrobe and a tv on the wall.

The bathroom is nice, the shower is big and you can enter the bathromm both from the bedroom and from the living room.

This apartment is a nice place to stay thanks to its natural sun brightness and the amplitude of the main room with high ceilings.

There is a good wifi internet connexion, air conditionning and central heating.

It is a third floor without elevator.

It is only aloud to smoke on the balcony.

The apartment is located in the heart of Ruzafa: A neighborhood of traditional essence, both warm and familiar as cosmopolitan and avant-garde. It is a historic area, with artistic facades, a church, walking streets .. and emerging cultural level, with art galleries, cultural events and a creative atmosphere.

There are plenty of outdoor cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Without doubt this is the most recommended area in Valencia for its pleasant atmosphere. It is not surprising to find entertainment for children and adults, because it is a very lively and familiar neighborhood.

"A good apartment in the heart of the local community"

We were looking to stay in Ruzafa because it's such a lively area with a real sense of community, and the apartment was ideal: close to the Ruzafa market (always worth a visit), local shops and amenities, and with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close to hand, but nevertheless just a five minute walk into the centre of Valencia. The apartment is on the third floor, so we could even feel virtuous with a little stair-climbing exercise after a visit to a bar or restaurant. It had everything we needed for our week's stay. It was clean, comfortable and spacious and the good weather even allowed us to make use of the little balcony at breakfast time or in the evenings. Our host, Berengere, was there to greet us when we arrived and offered information and advice about restaurants and so on, and was available by phone and email if had we needed anything further. The advertisement tells potential guests it's a very nice apartment - and indeed it is. We'd be very happy to use it again when we visit Valencia in the future.
