A Stunning and spaious 8 bedroom villa on two separate floors accompanied by a large 12m x 6m filtered swimming pool, sleeps 18 people in comfort. . A welcome lunch of filled rolls and nibbles is prepared for your arrival. Full board: Breakfast, lunch and evening meal inclusive. We can also offer the villa on a self-catering basis please check the rental rates lower on this page.
Enjoy your holiday in this charming spanish surounding town of xativa, in the valencian province. The villa is set in amongst the orange groves with mountain views. Ideal for large groups, families, business organisations. The villa offers part air conditioning and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge areas. Broadband internet access is available in the 1st floor villa.
For entertainment there is English statelite TV, DVD, Video, PS2 (please bring your own controller & memory card), agames room in the ground floor villa, many board games, full size free play Pool table, darts,table football and stero system inside and outside. Ceiling Party lights in the ground floor villa and external coloured lights around the pool area. Ideal for birthday parties and celebrations.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region

Valencia one of the finest cities of Spain, host to the 32nd America's cup and the Formular 1 coming to Valencia . Valencia has the most spectacular fiesta's, Las Fallas in March well worth experiencing.
City bus tours of the city.
In August, the famous fiesta 'Tomatina' just 20 mins inland to the town of Bunol.
Many lakes and nature parks within the valencian provence.

Xativa area

The historic town of Xativa has its own 'Las Fallas' fiesta's plus many many more fiesta's. The 'Fira del Bestiar' again in August. 15th to 20th normally, since the year 1250, you can expect to enjoy bustling days and nights at their best, with live music, brass band concerts, theatrical performances, a variety of exhibits, bull fights, among a plethora of side shows.
10 mins drive to Ontinyent, where your chance to see the processions of 'Moros' and 'Christianos' in mid-august.

From Valencia airport - exit airport A3 Madrid, take exit 340 Alacante/Albacete, again exit Alacanta/Albacete (interior) to the A7 (not the AP7), follow approx 20 mins when road forks bear left side on Albacete A35, exit 38.

(Payable with final balance and Refundable within 7 days of your holiday departure)
Damage deposit for groups of people £50 per person. (as above)

Self-catering rentals for summer 2009 please deduct the price by 50%, thus making the rental only £1800 per week, £275 per night on weekdays and £300 per night on weekends.

All optional extra's are payable on arrival in euros.
