The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
There are 2 golf courses, (18 holes) within only 15 min. All watersports within 15 min. Drive to beaches like Malvarrosa, Alboraya, or the nature park of El Saler.
Valencia is a modern city with lots of things to see: shopping, nightlife, old town, Formula 1, fallas, Americans cup, concerts, theatre, dining out etc.
Even in winter you can find temperatures around 16-24 centigrade.
Valencia / Valencia City Centre area
SHORT distance to the centre of the city. Great shopping in the city centre. The old sector of the city is charming and romantic for eating out or just having a drink in one of the little bars with terraces on the street.
There are mulitple historic buildings to visit. In 10 min, you come to the new ARTS AND SCIENCE buildings and Formular 1 racing, (TO CHESTE FOR MOTORRACING, EXHIBITION CENTRE , FAIRS etc it is a 10 min. drive by taxi).
Do not miss out FALLAS from 14th to 20th of March or Easter which is very nice to see!
