3 bed apartment in a traditional village house, an ideal base to enjoy the local scenery, relax by the pool or visit Valencia city. Well equipped and supplied with all linens. The kitchen/dining area opens onto the terrace with views over the garden & village.
Local amenities are all within walking distance - bar, bakery, pharmacy, bank, butchers etc. A regular bus service provides access to Segorbe and Valencia or the train from Algimia (3km) to Sagunto.
Stunning local scenery with views to both the Sierra Espadan and Sierra Calderona, an ideal area for walking, cycling and birdwatching. Blue Flag beaches only 15mins away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region

The Blue Flag beaches of Canet and Puerto Sagunto are nearby offering uncrowded golden beaches (life guards on duty during the summer season) and a wide selection of bars and restaurants.
The Sierra Espadan and Sierra Calderona offer a variety of walking and cycling opportunities with interesting flora & fauna. The green route Via Verde Ojos Negros starts just outside the village taking you 150 km inland to Teruel.
´Must see´Valencia city is only a 30min drive away for unforgettable sightseeing, fiestas, shopping, museums, restaurants and nightlife. You can´t come to the area without spending at least one day in the city.

Valencia area

Torres Torres is a small typically Valencian village of only 400 inhabitants. It has a useful range of shops and facilities including bars, pharmacy, bakery etc. One of the local bars is famed for it´s paella cooked over wood (leña) - but don´t forget to book the day before! There is a very small local market on Mondays and for fresh local produce in Sagunto on Wednesday, Segorbe Thursday, both a short drive away.
The fort of Sagunto overlooks the crowded streets, predating the Roman settlements which can still be seen around the town and provides views across the plain out to sea. At night the fort is lit up and visible for miles around, during the summer months a popular arts festival is held in the Roman ampitheatre and in autumn the surrounding streets are converted to a medieval market

How to get there

The nearest airport is Valencia Manises approximately 40km away. This is an easy 30 min drive, alternatively catch a train to Sagunto then taxi to Torres Torres or there is a bus service available from Valencia to Torres Torres.

Many budget airlines now fly direct from the UK to Valencia e.g. Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2, thomsonfly, Air Berlin & clickair

There is an external staircase from the terrace to the garden which we consider is unsuitable for very young children.

Conditions

A security deposit is required for damages/breakages, either 300€ cash or 200 pounds sterling. Payable at the time of entry to the property. The cost of repairing any damage will be deducted from the deposit and only the balance returned.
Proof of ID is required at time of entry to the apartment i.e. Passport or ID card.
