The Valencia City Beach Apartment is located just 150 metres from the exclusive Port America's Cup and the new F1 circuit. Just 10 minutes walk from the wonderful city beach and 15 minutes walk from the world-famous City of Arts and Sciences, it is an ideal base from which to explore all that Valencia has to offer. In the local area you will find a great selection of bars, restaurants and markets. And, with fantastic transport links on your doorstep, you can be in the historic city centre in under 10 minutes.
The luxurious Valencia City Beach Apartment is a newly-renovated, architect-designed apartment on the 4th floor of a listed building, with serviced lift. There are: 3 double bedrooms; fully-equipped open plan kitchen; 2 modern bathrooms, 1 with bath and shower, 1 with walk-in drench shower; large, airy open-plan living/dining area on to the balcony with views down to the marina.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
Valencia is uniquely positioned, with white sandy beaches and the mountains rolling away to the sea. The city of Valencia blends Roman and Gothic architecture with ultra-modern constructions, and is an increasingly popular destination. The city is set upon the Costa del Azahar, quieter than the Costa Blanca to the south, with vast stretches of orange groves and sandy beaches.
Valencia / Puerto-Playa area
Valencia is the third largest city in Spain, and among the liveliest. Located in the heart of the Mediterranean, with beaches abounding, it maintains a charming combination of the real Spain, steeped in culture and tradition - Valencia is the 'home' of paella - and sophisticated modernity - it is the backdrop for Calatraver's world-famous City of Arts & Sciences. Whilst rarely over-crowded, it is increasingly becoming a hot tourist destination. It has a fantastic climate, impressive sandy beaches, loads of sporting facilities (sailing, golf, diving, cycling, tennis etc. are all very popular here), an unbeatable nightlife, as well as a multitude of cultural amenities. Following the enormous success of the 32nd America's Cup, Valencia is confirmed not only as the host of the 33rd regatta but also of the first European F1 Grand Prix; first taking place in August 2008 it will be the only street circuit outside of Monaco, finally elevating Valencia to its deserved position as one Europe's most exciting and dynamic cities.
How to get there
Finding the apartment from Valencia Airport:
The airport is approx 8 km from the Valencia City Beach Apartment.
Taxis are plentiful, and should be approx €20. The trip should take you around 20 minutes door to door.
There is a brand new metro line running direct from the airport to the Apartment. Trains leave every 10-20 minutes approx. It’s cheap, around €1.50 a trip.
Take the Green line 5 metro from Aeroport to Marítim-Serreria (end of the line and 600m from the apartment). You can either walk to the apartment from there or get on the tram between Marítim-Serreria and Neptú (the beach). Get off the tram at the first stop, Fransisco Cubells, 300 m from the apartment and just a few minutes walk. The trip should take you around 40 minutes door to door.
Bus - There is an Aerobus connection to the city centre from the terminal building. The trip takes 15 to 20 minutes and tickets are €2.50. From there you can take the metro to the apartment (see directions above).
If you prefer to avoid public transport we can arrange a personalized meet, greet and taxi service. For an extra £60 you will be met at the airport by an english-speaking driver who will drive you directly to the apartment, give you the keys and take you to the airport at the end of your stay.

Change over days are flexible. The apartment will be cleaned for arrival and again following departure. The costs/quotes shown are total costs including electricity, water, internet access, linen & towels (except beach towels). Cleaning is £40. Additional cleaning can be arranged at a further cost if required. Welcome packs can be arranged.

A truly remarkable place/flat to stay , very well located to all Valencia has to offer . Very clean with new contemporary furnishings , brand new quality appliances and newly renovated to high contemporary levels. We were able to walk to most places and the super market was very close by . The owner has a terrific collection of DVD movies ,which came in handy when your busy day had ended.
