Very central apartment close to Central Market on quiet street. The apartment was entirely renovated in Feb 2012 so it's a very clean apartment. As the apartment is located in the old quarter of Valencia City (within the area of where the city walls used to stand) most tourist attractions are within walking distance. A lot of the surrounding area has been renovated over the last few years and a lot of the streets are now pedestrianised. Closest supermarket is less than 100m away although the fantastic Central Market (one of the finest covered markets in Europe) is less than 200m away. Around the corner there are a number of outdoor terrace cafes on which you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. The area is also very well connected via direct metro to the airport in one direction and the beach in the other.

Very centrally located apartment within the area where the original walls of the city existed. On a very quiet pedestrianised street so a good night's sleep is guaranteed but with some sunny and lively outdoor cafe terraces round the corner where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat. Supermarket very conveniently located less than 100m away so no worrying about having to drag the shopping home. If you have kids there are 2 playground within 100m of the building, one for toddlers, the other for older kids located in the beautiful 'Parque de Cultura' beside the MUVIM museum.
All very close by is the famous Central Market (Mercado Central) at 200m with the Lonja on the other side. The very centre of the city and where the main 'Falla' is placed, Plaza Ayuntamiento, is less than 5 minutes walk away. So too, Plaza de la Reina and 6 minutes away on foot, Plaza de la Virgen. If you wish to go to the beach there is a direct metro from Angel Guimera metro station while the main Train Station, Estacion de Nord, is less than 5 minutes walking.
