Accommodation and Facilities
Surface area: 170m2 + 28m2 terrace. Apartment on two levels. Please note: To access the property it is necessary to go up a steep set of stairs (approximately one floor). The dominant feature of the ground floor is the living room linked to the open plan American – style kitchen. The living space provides the apartment with a very comfortable seating and boasts a large LCD television.
The kitchen comes fully equipped; freezer, refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The central island links a modern breakfast bar seating up to 4 people. Two bedrooms are situated on this level. An especially impressive master bedroom features a double bed (1.5 m x 1.9m) with two night tables and a small vanity table with a small mirror. The balconette windows flood the bedroom with light and give the impression of more space and the en-suite bathroom boasts a shower. The second bedroom on the ground floor features two single beds (0.8m x 1.9m).
The dining room is situated on the first floor and has a French window. The dining space is full of daylight and seats up to 6 people. The third bedroom is in the very spacious attic equipped with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.9m), a stylish wardrobe and a small sofa.
