Local market just 75 metres away. Take the first left due south off Calle Sagunto on to Santa Isabel into Plaza San pedro offering a compact but well stocked market open Tues- Sat. Excellent supermarkets within 4-5 mins maximum. An eclectic mix of fascinating medievel - Art Deco through to avant-garde modernity all contained within an easy pocket size city but emanating something more with its illustrious heritage. Cosmopolitan El Carmen and the Centro Historica across the Serranos bridge with its resplendant marbled Plazas and it's great terraced cafes, bars and restaurants 'really is the place to hang out'. Later excellent nightlife - in fact some of Spain's best. Great selection of culture and recreational activities to suit all tastes..... How to get there
Fly to Valencia. Ryan air, Click air, Easy -jet, Iberia, Vueling, Thomsons, Monarch, Brittania etc Fast train links from Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante. Buses from all over Spain. Bus station easily accessed by foot 15/20 mins. Cab 5 mins about 5€. Metro link from Valencia airport to Sagunto via lines 3 and change at Benimaclet for line 4, terminate @ Sagunt and then just a 4/5 mins direct walk due south along Calle Sagunt @ 1.85€ . Approximately 35/40 mins travelling time. Take advantage of cheap mid-week flights for a real value break. National trains from all of Spain to Estacion Norde then metro @ Xativa change @ Benimaclet for line 4 westbound terminate @ Sagunto then 4 mins walk.

Further details indoors: American style kitchen fully equipped. Open plan stylish studio apartment great for 'young at heart' people who appreciate staying in a character period building. Clean modern good sized smart bathroom. Tiled floors throughout for summer coolness. Cooling breeze throughout the entire apartment - when the windows are opened. Single bed for third person slides away under the main bed. Access to private roof-top terrace for catching the sun etc.
Spacious wardrobe for clothes etc. Windows from apartment two with small balconies although not deep they are quite private for sitting in front of partly overlook garden areas one private the other municipal..
Further details outdoors: Patisserie (since the 50's and always v.busy) across street for great coffees and delicious pastries and fresh baguetttes etc. Internet/'locuturios' across the road. Local shops, excellent value supermarkets are all just mins away. Great choice of local restaurants and bars all offering fresh food at low prices ie; 'menu del dia' @ €7.50 (3 courses and drink).
Jardines del Turia , Valencia's 9 km of delightful gardens (perfect for joggers) leading directly to the City of Arts and Science etc just 3 mins direct walk away. N.B Valencia's public transport closes @ 23.30. Walking back from most of the nightlife/restaurants etc couldn't be easier. Forget taxis- unless late getting back from the beach.
Metro direct for beach 4 mins away @ Sagunto/Pont de Fusta for just 0.58 c (with a bonometro @ €5.85 for 10 tickets). €1.90 for airport in approx 50 mins.

Not ideal for young children or anyone elderly/infirm as a combination of no lift, a narrowish stairwell and tall full opening windows/shutters with low balustrades might prove a hazard to some.
No partying on the premises as this property is fully residential.
