This is a Unique Spanish villa in a secluded location offering total privacy. 30 - 40mins from VALENCIA' 5 minutes from L'Alcudia and 10 minutes from Xativa with it's buzzing nighlife . Private pool, bar, balcony and stunning scenery this villa offers everything you could wish for. For most holiday makers the pool is usually the main attraction and this large 10 x 5 metre pool is extremely inviting. And no need to worry about skin complaints or allergies toward chlorine because there is none. The water is maintained with soft oxygen which has a very natural, soft feel and more importantly, is completely harmless to the skin. Over looking the pool are extensive terraced area's, a private bar with a built in music system, a large barbeque and a huge 12 x 5 metre shaded balcony all situated on one level so you never miss out on what's going on. The shaded balcony area has a constant breeze and can offer a welcome relief from the hot Spanish sun, whilst the bar (also with a large shaded area) offers the benefit of ice cold drinks from the bar fridge. The property has been completely refurbished to a high standard with 2 good size double bedrooms, one large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds,one single bedroom, one bathroom with power shower, one shower room also with power shower, a kitchen and a large lounge. There is also an additional shower, kitchen and utility up at the bar area. El Borego is very easy to find being just a 3 minutes drive off a main road N 430

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
El Borego is situated just outside of L'Alcudia in the mountains and benefits from a welcome breeze on most days. It's a secluded and private location with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and Xativa which is particularly beautiful at night with it's array of lights surrouding Xativa castle. The weather is hot ! as you would expect from Spain with very occasional days of rain during the summer months.

The local Spanish people are very friendly and if they can see that you are making some effort to speak their language they will befriend you even more. They are very family orientated people.There are many, very inexpensive, good local restaurants and bars both at L'Alcudia and Xativa. There are not many English in this area so you won't be able to get fish & chips but you can, however get Mc Donalds, Chinese , Kebabs and there are a few English bars not too far away. The Spanish love their night life and there is normaly a festival going on somewhere localy with fireworks almost every night. Xativa is particularly busy at night with it's numerous bars and restaurants. It also boasts one of the best night clubs in Spain which carries on till the early hours.

* Fly to either Valance or Alicate airports - El Borego is 30 - 40minutes from Valencia and 45 - 55minutes from Alicante. * Cheap flights are available from several airlines ( Easyjet, Ryan Air etc )

Further details indoors: El Borego is a GREEN property and environementally friendly. Utilising the latest technology, this year we have installed a high spec computerised solar system which supplies all of it's general power needs. However, and whilst there is air conditioning available, we do have to limit it's usage to the bedrooms only and for 4 hours per night. We and previous clients have found this more than ample who have generally used only 1 -2 hours per night. Fans are in every bedroom and can be used freely. Air conditioning is provided in the 3 large bedrooms only. The small single bedroom is provided with a fan. The bar is for use of clients and is not stocked. It can be stocked and chilled if requested before arrival. Please contact via email or telephone to place an order. Alternatively on arrival you can purchase wines beers etc in local supermarket. We have three clothes airers in the utility area.
Further details outdoors: The property is situated within a fenced and secure area of 2,000 sq metres of rustic grounds.The surrounding area 20,000 sq metres of private grounds belonging to the property. There is ample secure parking for up to 8 cars

To secure any booking a deposit of 250 pounds is required along with booking form. Balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday date, unless special arrangements are made direct with the owners. We require a 300 pound returnable security key deposit 6 weeks prior to holiday date. Please note our changover dates are from Sunday to Sunday. This can be flexible please email for other times.

To ensure your holiday is trouble free we have employed a local English agent who will meet you upon arrival and show you around. She will also answer any questions, offer help or advice and be of any assistance that she can during your stay. You will be given a telephone number for her prior to your departure.
The pool is maintained on a weekly basis and fresh linen is provide weekly. This is include within the prices shown.
Long term six months lets and monthly lets are available from November - April. Please email with enquiry and details will be provided.
