The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

This wonderful Mediterranean city has a magical Old Quarter with an exciting town centre. There's also a very trendy area called Barrio del Carmen where some of the best nightlife is.

There are upmarket shops, bars and restaurants and spectacular festivals such as La Tomatina and Las Fallas.

Visit the stunning aquarium (largest in Europe) located in the jaw-dropping City of Arts and Sciences.

Don't forget to visit the lovely Turia Gardens which are an essential part of the city.

A very important bonus is that this lovely city is situated next to the Mediterranean sea with miles of lovely white sandy beaches.

The nearby port is where the international yachting event the America's Cup was held in 2007.

In June the European Grand Prix is held on a brand new street circuit around the port.


The apartment is located next to Central Market.

The location of the apartment is in a pedestrian area giving it the advantage of being only 10 to 15 minutes walk to everywhere but also being quiet.

There are many local restaurants, supermarkets and businesses.

"Perfect home away from home"

We stayed at Juan's apartment for a week while in Valencia. We found it modern and efficient and spotlessly clean. He was very helpful when we arrived with ideas on places to eat in the area. The apartment is on a quiet safe street with bus access close by. We would stay again.

"Great place to discover a fascinating city"

The apartment is placed just right in the center of the old city. This will let you discover the city very easily. The main tourist attractions are at hand but if you wish you can move around with the efficient means of transport, just off the street where the apartment is. The street where the apartment is located, is extremely quite however if you wish to enjoy the amazing nightlife you are in the right place. There are plenty of pubs and bars around the area. Security and nice sleep is guaranteed in Juan's apartment. Juan is the best landlord I've come across . He makes you feel really welcome, he's extremely helpful with his recommendations for dining and sightseeing as he has a great knowledge to fulfill your needs . He's really honest so do no hesitate to rent his apartment, you will enjoy your stay and feel at home.

"I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Valencia"

The apartment rental was excellent from start to finish. Booking was easy and Juan was quick at answering any questions I had. He was prompt in meeting us and exceptionally helpful in showing us everything in the apartment and gave us great advice on the "must-sees" for our too-short trip to Valencia.

The apartment is well-situated, within easy walking distance of the market, historic part of the city and great restaurants. It is modern, clean, quiet and very comfortable and we were provided with everything we may have needed for our stay.

I could not be happier with my choice and would highly recommend it.
