There is a Supermarket opposite the apartment with various others shops nearby. Buses and Metro 4 - 5 mins away for quick direct access to the Beach/Port America and Valencia Trade Fair and the City of Sciences & Arts.
The Apartment is in a quiet safe location. It is light,spacious and stylish. Entrance into large lounge with 3 balconies. There are 2 separate double bedrooms. Open plan Kitchen/Diner leading into 2nd lounge which has a double size daybed and a further balcony. Separate bathroom with bath and shower.

Many of Valencia's sights are located in the old town area ,between the city two large squares,Plaza de la Reina and Plaza Virgen,here you also find the octagon tower of Miguelete and Capilla del Santo Caliz, home of what many consider to be the real Holy Grail. The apartment is centrally located in Calle de Quart near to the Torre de Quart ,which is the old city gate entrance to the old town, and all the major places of historical interest, are within easy reach on foot ,
the old dry river bed now Turia Park and Botancial Gardens are also nearby. Valencia has beautiful Plazas where you can sit , have a drink and watch the world go by. Valencia is also a great place to shop with many Boutiques and Designer shops.
A multitude of international cuisine restaurants, tapas bar , bodegas as well a vibrant nightlife suitable for all ages. You can combine a city and beach holiday.Whatever your interests they are catered for.

How to get there

The Apartment is 15 mins from Valencia International Airport by Taxi. Cost appx 18 Euros.
New Airport Metro Service connection. Buses into the main bus station from the Airport cost 2 Euros.
Taxi from bus station 5 Euros appx.

The Apartment is available for weekends, short stays, weekly and monthly rental. The minimum period is 3 days.

Conditions

A security deposit is required for damages/breakages either 300 euros cash or a U.K. cheque with valid banks guaranteed card for £200. The cost of repairing any damage, replacing breakages and any cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit and only balance returned.
Proof of I.D. is required at time of entry to apartment i.e. Passport or I.D. Card ( for Europeans)
The Apartment is in a Residential building, no parties or misbehaviour are allowed.Please respect your your neighbours by keeping noise down during siesta time mid afternoon and between 11 pm and 9 am.
