The apartment is centrally located in Calle de Quart near to the Torre de Quart ,which is the old city gate entrance to the old town, and all the major places of historical interest, are within easy reach on foot , the old dry river bed now Turia Park and Botancial Gardens are also nearby. Valencia has beautiful Plazas where you can sit , have a drink and watch the world go by. Valencia is also a great place to shop with many Boutiques and Designer shops. A multitude of international cuisine restaurants, tapas bar , bodegas as well a vibrant nightlife suitable for all ages. Conditions
A security deposit is required for damages/breakages either 300 euros cash or a U.K. cheque with valid banks guaranteed card for £200. The cost of repairing any damage, replacing breakages and any cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit and only balance returned. Proof of I.D. is required at time of entry to apartment i.e. Passport or I.D. Card ( for Europeans) The Apartment is in a Residential building, no parties or misbehaviour are allowed.Please respect your your neighbours by keeping noise down during siesta time mid afternoon and between 11 pm and 9 am.
