The house is situated in the vibrant Cabanal area of Valencia City. It is a 20 minute taxi ride from Valencia airport and costs around 12 Euros. Direct link by Metro from the airport too. It is a traditional 2 bedroom house with a small patio and balcony and has just undergone a complete refurbishment. The beautiful Las Arenas beach is a 5 minute walk. There are also a variety of restaurants located around the port and Malvarossa beach. It is an ideal rental for both a beach and city holiday. The tram departs from Dr Lluch station and takes you directly to the city centre in 10 minutes where you can then explore the many sites of the historical centre.
