Want to get a taste for the real Valencia? Then our apartment is your ideal place to stay, great for families as we cater for the little ones as well as couples, groups etc., Everything is provided to make your holiday/stay as welcoming as possible. A very relaxing base in a vibrant city.

The local swimming pool is a 5 minutes walk away with adult and children's pool. The apartment is also a great base for Valencia's biggest festival 'Las Fallas'.

Whether you want a city break, relaxing beach, family or active holiday taking in the historical sights, exploring the old town, futuristic Arts & Science, Opera, museums, galleries, shopping, etc., your days and nights will be filled in Valencia and staying at our apartment will give you the opportunity to relax in comfort when not exploring.

Eating out at a local tapas bar or high end restaurants, drinking at a family bar or the coolest place in town and dancing the night away Valencia has something for all tastes, you will be spoilt for choice, just need the time to fit it all in.

The apartment is managed locally. We can provide airport pick ups at an extra charge.

Travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request but we do charge for these as hired in.

The building has a lift.

We have a small library of DVD's, a well equipped kitchen including kettle, toaster, kiddies plates.

Stereo with iPod/ iPhone docking facility (great to play your own music/audio books, etc.,)

Wifi dongle available to hire for 2euros a day.

We supply towels but please bring your own beach towels.

We also supply hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes drier are also available - a home from home.

Further details outdoors:
You do not need a car to explore Valencia as the public transport is great and where the apartment is you can walk to a lot of the main tourist places. Alternatively take a bus or metro which are both extremely near by (minute walk).

Valencia is also great to explore on a bike and there are bikes to hire from outside major attractions or bike hire shops (one located a minutes walk away), avenue del puerto has cycle lanes. A great activity is cycling along the Turia.

Our rates are fully inclusive with no added extras or cleaning fees. If party size is 1 or 2 we offer a discount.

We require 30% of the total booking price as deposit, subject to a minimum of 130euros. Your initial deposit will be carried forward as a security deposit, when you arrive. We return your security deposit after you leave either by returning your cash, cheque or by bank transfer.

Final payment is required 1 month prior to arrival, if booked less than a month in advance full payment is required.

If you arrive late or a bank holiday there is late fee of 20 euros which is paid to our management agent if keys are not posted to you.

Wherever possible I will post keys to you and you return them by post back to me.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region

A 10 min walk down Ave del Puerto brings you to the Formula One and Triathlom track and port, walk a little further and you come to the splendid Malvarrosa Beach, with fantastic restaurants including the famous La Pepica and trendy bars. Walk in the opposite direction (10 min) takes you to the City of Arts and Science with the amazing L'Oceanogràfic: Europe's largest Aquarium. Everything is so close by to be able to explore all of Valencia city.

The apartment is in a residential block which is great as the other people who live in the building are locals and this gives you a real taste of being in the real Valencia.

Metro station 'Ayora' is a 2 min walk from the atico which takes you direct to the airport which is on the same line (line 5) to the city centre 4 stops and the Bio Parc. Alternatively you can take the bus - bus stops are minutes from atico and run all over the city.

Valencia is great to explore by bike and a bike hire shop is a 5 minute walk away.

Great base for all year round trips, or Spanish Moto GP events, F1, Fallas and seeing the real side of Valencia.

The Valencia / Valencia City Centre area

Easter Sunday Procession in Cabanyal, this is a great procession and cabanyal area is approx 15 minutes walk down ave del puerto or a couple of stops on the metro from the apartment.

Fantastic base for this Spanish Moto GP events, F1, Triathlom, Fallas and seeing the real side of Valencia.

Valencia is delightful to visit anytime of the year and the apartment whether for short stay or a month or longer.


A great central location which has easy access to all parts of the wonderful city of Valencia and is ideal for all the family to enjoy.

Easy jet and Ryan air fly to Valencia. The airport is on Line 5 as is our local Metro stop Ayora, the apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Ayora metro station. Door to door the journey takes an hour.

“Perfect for our weeks stay in the city-clean,comfortable,central,well equipped.” We stayed in this apartment for a week during Semana Santa (with no price hike for Easter week, like some other apartments). The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need.... more

“Lovely little apartment” Firstly I would like to say the photos don't really do it justice. That the apartment is a lovely little apartment with everything you need and very modern. We enjoyed the little touches like satalite TV, towels, hairdrier, DVD player and many good english films to watch. The place was clean and tidy on arrival, with very nice duvets covers and sofas. It was situated in a nice area, with lots of little bars and cafes to entertain us. 20 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the aquarium and science museum. Further up the road there was disco bars and near by was supermarkets and nice little shops. We had a very nice time and will return again next year or possibly even this October!

“Lovely apartment in a great location.” Found this apartment whilst searching for a 3 bedroomed property in Valencia for a week's holiday.The location was excellent for all the main attractions and the apartment itself was comfortable and fully equipped.The owner was only too pleased to answer any questions and we ended up having a perfect week escaping the miserable weather at home.Valencia is an excellent city to visit-not as busy as Barcelona but so easy to get around and lots of things to do and see.
