Our neighbourhood is next to the university; it is lively, full of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of services. It is also a secure area, like the whole city. Valencia has expanded its cultural and touristic possibilities, which turned it into a vibrant city. It also has beautiful landscapes to visit, like the Albufera lake, the rice fields, the orange fields or the beaches. You can easily travel to other big cities of Spain, like Madrid(350kM), Barcelona(350kM), Ibiza(2,5 hours by ferry) or Mallorca (3,5 hours by ferry), or just take a journey to typical Mediterranean villages around the coast: Javea (100km) , Moraira(120Km), Altea(150Km), Calpe (135Km), Peñiscola...).
If you like to go out at night, please take note that Valencia is well know for its incredible night live, and not just in summer! Lots of terraces, night clubs, concerts (flamenco, jazz, classic, pop, rock).

How to get there
The apartment is in the zone of Ruzafa, at 15 to maximum 20 minutes walk from the main Valencia railway station. Valencia is a big city, the third largest city in Spain. The flat is also not far from the City of Sciences. From the Airport you can take a taxi or metro. From bus station there are bus lines like nº 6, 7 or 35. Also, there is a Consum supermarket nearby.

We were pleasently suprised when we arrived at the apartment as it is even better in real life then the pictures show. The long corridor gives the flat a roomy feel and the decor is fresh and recently...The high ceilings and freshly painted white walls. And a proper italian stove coffee maker!
