Villa Carmo is a wonderfully attractive 4 bedroom villa located in Vale de Parra, just 8 kms west of Albufeira and just 1.8 kms from the excellent 'Blue Flag' standard beaches of Castelo, Evaristo and Galé. There are several good restaurants, as well as a supermarket and a coffee and pastry shop, all within a 5 to 15 minute walk of the villa. The town of Guia is just 5 kms away and Guia is famous for its wide choice of restaurants catering to every taste and pocket. The villa is set in its own large garden, with lawns and trees around the villa as well as electric gates. Outside the villa is a 9m x 5m private swimming pool with steps and a salt machine. There is maid service three times a week.
The Algarve region
The Algarve is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, stretching from the resorts of Faro, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the East, through to the beautiful and historic town of Lagos in the West. The golfing haven of Vilamoura and the resorts of Albufeira, Vale de Parra and Carvoeiro are also very popular locations, with all of the Algarve enjoying access to wonderful beaches, world-class golf, excellent restaurants and shopping.
Vale do Parra area
Our villas are located in the Vale de Parra region some 4 to 5km. to the west of Albufeira. This combines all aspects of a holiday that you could wish for. Vale de Parra is a region of quality villas in rural countryside and where there are superb sandy beaches ranging from the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches of Castelho. Individual restaurants abound and the small town of Guia, a five minute drive from most villas and walking distance from some, is famous for its choice of twenty five restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets. Sporting facilities are available in the area including golf at Salgados. There are waterslide parks a short drive away and the Zoomarina is only ten minutes away. Albufeira itself is a bustling resort with an excellent sandy beach. The centre retains its traditional character and there is a wide choice of nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants.
