The lounge is very spacious and it has a air conditioning, satellite TV, with patio doors leading to the back grass garden, The garden surrounds the villa and a great swimming pool with roman steps has a good patio area with outside furniture.
The built in barbecue is located at the back near the kitchen surrounded by the grass area.
From the villa is it possible to reach various coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets that are located in the area of Vale da Lobo, Quinta da Lago and Almancil.

A refundable breakages/damages deposit of €200 or £200 is required to be paid by a cheque with the balance and providing there is no damage or breakages this will be returned to you by post.
