This lovely villa is all on one level and set in an attractive mature garden with many mature shrubs and trees.
The large kidney shaped pool (8 x 4m) is completely fenced for child safety. Immaculately maintained with Sky TV package, internet (free) fully alarmed and with a safe. Air conditioning. Modern kitchen with integrated doors leads to laundry area. Three attractive bedrooms, two leading to garden. All bedrooms hae full en suite bathrooms. Lots of covered terraces as well as open terraces shaded with sun umbrellas. . Plenty of outdoor garden and dining furniture. This delightful villa is one of the most attractive of its type in this magnificent resort. Walking distance to Vale do Lobo beach and praca area.

It has comfortable furnishing suitable for people with young families and is furnished and equipped to live and entertain in. The garden is undoubtedly the selling point of this property. The gorgeous view across the 13th fairway of Royal Course is a golfer´s paradise - (even if you don´t play golf this peaceful view is wonderful to wake up to). Owner is member of Vale do Lobo club enabling clients to purchase a welcome card at discounted prices. The house has maid service Monday – Friday

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

This beautiful region has something for everyone at all times of the year. In summer it is buzzy and exciting with a lot of nightlife and visitors. Many special events are arranged in the summer. In autumn the days are still warm and everything is open, in winter many golfers visit as the magnificent courses are rated some of the best in Europe. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 12ºC and often can be up to 20ºC during the day.
Spring sees a mass of wild flowers - reputedly some of the last wild flower beds in Europe. Around Easter there are interesting festivals and events starting with the Carnaval on Shrove Tuesday and continuing well into the summer.

Vale do Lobo boasts 2 championship golf courses, a 12 court tennis centre, two health spas, numerous restaurants, nightclubs and bars, minigolf, kids club and a magnificent stretch of golden beach which is well patrolled with life guards for your safety. There are plenty of water sports etc. available in the summer providing lots of fun for all ages.
Our wonderful beach restaurants have something for every budget - from a drink and a snack to a gourmet style 3 course fish meal. Clams and prawns are our speciality!

“Superb villa close to everything” We loved the villa - it was spotless and had everything we wanted. The garden and pool area were gorgeous - the pool was fenced and heated, the garden had a great lawn and fabulous view over the golf course which made us feel very secluded even though we were in the centre of Vale do Lobo. We had a car but could have done without one as could walk to beach and restaurants
