The villa is located just 10 minutes from the beach and Ria Formosa reserve. The area has one of the best golf courses of Europe, with many courses close by. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to the town of Almancil. There are many shops and cafes/restaurants in the area. The beaches here consist of soft white sand. The water temperature is pleasant.

Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the rental price is due on confirmation of booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Full settlement at time of booking will be required for late availability bookings. A security deposit/damage deposit of £300 per week of stay is also required, this will be returned in case of no breakages/damages to the property. No letting to single couples under the age of 25. Settlement by cheque. Key collection at resort.

With a wide choice of restaurants, bars and discotheques, luxury resorts such as Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura. One of the best holiday destinations in the world!
For an unforgettable day out, take a boat trip to one of many island in the area or go to a water park with the family, or if you prefer go with the children to the Zoomarine, they will love it!
The Vale do Lobo / Quinta do Lago area
Almancil is a small town with the best golf courses of the region, being Quinta do lago one of the best. With luxury resorts such as: Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Dunas Douradas and many others, very close to the beach. There's also Ria Formosa reserve where you can watch the birds.
