Entrance through a small section of the garden into entrance hall leading to a large and well equipped kitchen to the left and also the guest cloakroom. Down a couple of steps into the living room which is spacious and has a separate dining area - this room leads directly to the terrace and pool area.
Upstairs are two spacious a pretty bedrooms, the master in shades of mauve with full en suite bathroom and a small balcony with table and chairs - overlooking the pool. The second bedroom is a twin in shades of blue/green and this has a full en sutie shower room. These attractive Garrao townhouses are very spacious giving the feeling of a much larger property.
The house is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and linen - also pretty personal touches and a cosy atmosphere. It is set in a quiet part of Vale do Garrao and has a lovely patio to the front as well as the small garden area around the private pool. This is a popular area for residents because of its proximity to the beach and its excellent central location. The house has the living area downstairs and living room opens onto the attractive pool terrace (gas barbecue) plenty of outdoor furniture.
There is maid service 5 days a week.

Nearby Quinta do Lago (5 minutes by car) has three championship 18 hole golf courses, Pinheiros Altos has a 27 hole golf course, Vale do Lobo 2 x 18 hole Championship courses and within 15 minutes drive there are 6 or 7 other excellent courses.
Nearby tennis centres and sports clubs ensure you can remain on top form during your holiday. If sport is not your thing - why not pamper yourself in one of our luxurious Spas - OR - for a little culture, visit the local markets where you will be sure to get a good bargain - as well as wonderful fresh fish and other produce straight from the farmers´ fields

Had a great holiday with my family at this villa. Children 11 & 7 loved the pool (althou not much shallow area so beware if non swimmer). Good location, only short drive to anywhere really. Can walk to beach but quite a distance in the heat, better to park nearer. We love this area of the algarve and have visited many times but would happily rent this villa again for our next visit. The villa pictures on the web are just as it looks but it is very spacious, all the rooms are large. |
