Located 500m from nearest shop selling fresh produce and bread. There are large supermarkets a short drive by car. There are numerous first class restaurants within walking distance and many more within a 5 mins drive. Situated approx 1.5 km from a number of glorious beaches and many famous championship golf courses. Families are well catered for with Go karting , water parks, horse riding, tennis clubs, mini golf, creches, dolphin watching, zoo marine to name but a few available in the area.

We do not allow hen/stag parties or group of under 21's. Please note the price is for occupancy of 7 people. It can sleep 9 people and will increase by £100 per person per week.
We prefer Saturday to Saturday changeovers but will try and be flexible. Contact us to discuss.
We would require a deposit of £200 which will be refunded to you on receipt of the keys and the housekeeper reporting no damage or breakages. The keys will be sent to you by registered post.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region


The Algarve, in southern Portugal, is one of Europe’s most popular coastal holiday destinations. The long sandy beaches are amongst the finest in the world and the coastline stretches 161km (100 miles) from Cape St. Vincent to Vila Real de Santo António on the Spanish border. Many of the holiday resorts are located in little fishing villages, which have retained much of their old world charm and character, with white washed houses, narrow cobbled streets and ancient churches. The Algarve is also a great place for shopping.
The Algarve has beautiful weather, and is described as having a temperate climate. With over 300 days of sunshine throughout the year it is a perfect place to go when escaping weather in other parts of Europe and the UK. There is something for everyone all year round; with the main holiday season extending from March to October, but even outside of these months it is often warm enough to sit outside, or sunbathe, and it is perfect for enjoying walks around the surrounding area.
The Algarve boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. It is perfect for a relaxing break, with golf and beauty spas plentiful. If you are looking for fabulous beaches there are over 40 separate beaches along the coast from Faro to Guia.
The Vale do Lobo area
The villa is centrally placed to explore all areas of the Algarve. Located within the "golden triaingle" that is between Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago. It is 800 metres from the Vale de lobo entrance. The historic town of Loule is a 10 minute drive away. 10 minutes along the coast you will find the beautiful harbour town of Villamoura and a few miles further to the lively tourist town of Albufeira. In land you can find many Portuguese villages steeped in history that are a vast contrast to the beach resorts. All types of sports are available within a short distance including golf, horse riding, tennis and many water sports.

"Casa Michael" is a situated 16km from Faro International Airport.
It is a 20 minute car journey or approx 25 euros in a taxi.

For car hire we recommend using Economy Car hire. Additional drivers are included free of charge and they include a no excess insurance policy payable on all hire cars.

Stayed in June 2011 with my wife and 2 teenagers. Booking procedures were great with regular contacts and updates - Debbie was also flexible with departure time. Villa was spotless and very well equipped a real home from home. Exactly how it was advertised. Weather was superb and pool and sunlounge area was ideal. I woul have no hesitation in recommending or returning. |

We stayed for 10 days and everything from making the initial booking with Debbie to receiving the keys went smoothly. When we arrived the villa was very clean and had everything included for a good family holiday. Good quiet location for visiting everything in the area. Everyone enjoyed using the pool and sun loungers. We would certainly hope to return in the future. |

Excellent service and the property has everything you want for a family or even just a couple wanting a relaxing time. Great location with the beech only 5 mins drive away. Superb Golf courses also nearby. Lots to do in the evening as well with great entertainment. Once again just a short drive or in a taxi. Really enjoyed the amenities and would highly recomend this villa and location. |

The above rates are for up to 7 persons staying in the villa. The villa can accommodate one more person but there would be an extra charge. Arrival and departure times can be negotiated.
A non refundable deposit of £200.00 will be payable to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
A refundable deposit of £200 is required with final balance. (refunded on return to UK if no damage is reported)
Cancellation charges
From the date we receive notification the following charges apply.
6 weeks or more - loss of deposit
2 - 6 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
1 - 2 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
