About the home

This exceptional townhouse has had a total refit inside and is ideally placed for either a summer family holiday near the beach or a winter break in the very popular resort of Dunas Douradas. The resort has many facilities to make the holiday that much more fun including 2 x tennis courts, mini market, pool side restaurant and bar as well as an up market restaurant for more formal dining. It is just 5 minutes walk to Garrao beach with its water sports in summer and lifeguards for safety

The house has been refitted throughout to a very high standard - all colour coordinated and interior designed and equipped to the highest quality. Two new bathrooms ensure a pampering at the end of the day.

Entrance leads to a very functional kitchen which in turn leads to living and dining area. Plasma tv and lovely sitting area in neutral well complemented colours. A separate dining area is included in this living area. This leads to a large terrace with covered eating area, state of art outdoor dining furniture and sunloungers, gas barbecue and onwards to a swimming pool which can be heated against a supplement.

To the right of the living room is a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room in terracotta colours. This bedroom leads directly to pool and terrace. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with king size double bed, juliet terrace and view to garden/pool area.
This bedroom has a full en suite bathroom in terracotta shades. There is also a tv in the master bedroom.

There is a barbecue and plenty of outdoor dining furniture for 6 people - sun umbrellas to provide shade.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has a climate second to none in Europe being the southern most tip of the Iberian peninsula.
Although known mainly as an area for golf and beach holidays, the area also offers a wealth of cultural and historical experiences as well as many other sporting facilities, (horse riding, tennis, health spas, deep sea fishing - to name but a few). The nearby towns of Loule and Faro are well worth visiting for their interesting markets, local handicrafts and buildings of historic interest. Local festivals provide entertainment and colour during most of the year.

The Vale do Lobo / Dunas Douradas area

Dunas Douradas is ideally placed next to famous Vale do Lobo resort on the fabulous beach which stretches unbroken for some 15 kms from the airport to Quarteira. Dunas itself has two tennis courts, a very large communal pool which guests can use free and where children can meet others. During the summer barbecues with music are held around the pool. Popular Xenia restaurant offers more upmarket dining within the resort. On site mini market.
In Almancil area are more than 200 restaurants from "cheap and cheerful" to one star Michelin establishments offering the best in wining and dining. Many famous golf courses are within 5 minutes drive from Dunas Douradas.

“Lovely villa & holiday location” Lovely villa with modern interior. Great outdoor space & small pool with all day sun & a good shaded area to stay cool when required.
