Sleeps 8 . 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool in Quinta Jacintina a small estate of prime properties in the region of Val do Garrao and Val do Lobo close to Quinta do Lago.The property is south facing with extensive gardens and is completely safe for small children.The villa has been furnished to a high standard and has all the facilities you would need. Internet accsess available.

The rear garden can be fenced off providing a safe play area for young children. We also provide a selection of toys for children and a baby paddling pool. We also provide beach towels and beach umbrellas

Horse riding, golf and tennis are available nearby. Vale Do Lobo tennis academy is within easy reach and a Horse riding centre is a short walk away. Karting. Zoomarine. and Water parks are all less then 30 minutes drive. Water sports are available on the local beaches.

Further details indoors:
All Bathrooms have heated towel rails. Bedlinen and towels are changed once a week. Maid service once weekly, more on request. The property is protected by an alarm system and has key system safe.

Further details outdoors:
The Villa has 4 furnished outside seating areas. 2 Balcony terraces, one at the front overlooking the pool and one at the back overlooking a pine forest. These terraces are furnished with wicker furniture and extra sunbeds. The villa has 3 eating tables and chairs. On the top back terrace there is a cafe table and 4 chairs. The main outside dining table is garnite marble and can seat up to 12 people. At the front of the villa near the pool, there is a small table with 6 chairs. There are also 8 modern sun loungers. All chairs, loungers and umbellas are neatly stored in a large utility room. Sky basic TV is availble and the villa is alsosetup t revieve Portuguese TV.

The pool is heated at an extra cost of €150 per week

Conditions

20% deposit at the time of booking and balance 8 weeks before your visit and a £300 cheque held until your return as security.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Villa is south facing towards the ocean. The sea/beach is estimated a 20 mins walk or 5 mins by car (1.3km) to the nearest beach (Garrao) which also has restaurants and bars. Other nearby beaches are Ancao. Vale do Lobo is 1.5km away with retaurants crazy golf and small children's play area. Sun beds and umbrellas can be hired. Swimming conditions are good in clear luke warm water.

The Algarve has a rich history and it is worth exploring. The Spanish boarders are within easy reach, and a day trip to Andalusia is worth a visit.

The Vale do Lobo / Quinta Jacintina area

The Apolónia supermarket in Almancil is one of the best supermarkets on the Algarve. There are many excellent shops and restaurants within easy reach of the Villa including beach bars and 4 restaurants with Michelin stars.The Guia Shopping and Entertainment Complex can be found on the N125 just north of Albufeira and is a modern shopping centre with an excellent range of well known shops, a multiplex cinema and an amazing range of cafes and restaurants.

The Forum Algarve in Faro is another large shopping centre. There is a huge selection of shops and restaurants on offer.

Quinta do Lago shopping, Val do Lobo, restaurants and beach. Water sports are available on the beach and Horse riding,and tennis are available nearby. Vale Do Lobo tennis academy is within easy reach and a Horse riding centre is a short walk away. Karting. Zoomarine. and Water parks.are all less then 30 minutes from the villa. There is a large shopping centre at Guia, just over 30 minutes away. There are a large selection of Golf courses in the area including the world famous Royal Course in Val Do Lobo.

Esayjet and Ryanair fly to Faro daily. www.lagorent.com and www.Yorcar.com are the 2 car hire companies I recommend. Convenient for some of the best golf courses in Europe, inc San Lorenzo, Vilasol, Quinta North and South, Vale do Lobo, Villamoura, Pinheiros Altos. Golf lessons available at most courses.
