About the home

One of the most popular villas in Val Verde, this one benefits from a large and mature garden for complete privacy while still being just a couple of minutes walk from Quinta Shopping and all the amenites of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

Entrance through mature garden with many lovely flowers and trees. Entrance hall leads to guest cloakroom,
spacious living room with open plan dining area and adjacent kitchen. A hallway leads to the three bedrooms each of which has a full en suite bathroom.
Master bedroom has a double bed and leads on to garden, own tv in master bedroom as well as a safe.
The other two bedrooms both have twin beds.
The villa is air conditioned throughout, has full sky package satellite plasma television. The telephone has facilitiy to receive all calls and make local calls only.

It´s easy access to shops and restaurants (walking distance) makes it possible to holiday without a car if clients prefer not to drive. Nearby Quinta shopping is just 2 minutes walk with adjacent Buganvilia Plaza - giving a good choice of bars, restaurants and entertainment just minutes away

The house is very attractive and well furnished. It is well priced even though situated at the entrance to the exclusive Quinta do Lago. On site in Val Verde are three popular restaurants , two artificial grass tennis courts. and a beauty spa. Ideally placed for walking to popular Quinta Shopping with its exclusive boutiques, restaurants and nightlife.

Suitable for the elderly or mildly disabled as all on one level with no threshholds.

The delightful and secluded garden makes for a very relaxing ambiance. Tall trees and colourful bougainvilia as well as several types of exotic trees and shrubs add to the tropical atmosphere. There is plenty of garden furniture and shaded outdoor dining facilities. Built in barbecue beside the attractive pool.

The attractive rectangular pool can be heated against a supplement of Pnds.Stg.100 per week

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine a year and has the best climate in Europe. There are activities here to suit every interest, golf, tennis, horse riding, deep sea fishing - to name but a few. For those culturally minded Faro has many historic sites and also concert halls etc. where interesting cultural events are held. The area is surrounded by 15km of superb sandy beach much of which has lifeguards in summer and lots of water sports activities.

The Vale do Lobo / Quinta do Lago area

Depending on the time of year there are interesting festivals, Carnival in Loule in the week before Lent, Easter celebrations and many concerts and outdoor activities in the summer many featuring famous Portuguese and international artists.

There is something here to suit every interest whether in summer or winter.
