The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences and with plenty of crockery, glassware etc. Through a small passage is the master bedroom with en suite full bathroom and beside it another twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Both are furnished in pretty pastel shades. The living area leads onto an attractive terrace with swimming pool, outdoor dining furniture and barbecue area. Well furnished in attractive bright pastel shades.
Located next to property ref. 28080 so both properties can be booked together for larger parties or two families holidaying together.

The arrangement of the pool and garden areas is that they are not overlooked by the people occupying the other apartment, thus ensuring privacy for all. Each apartment has its own garden and pool area. The location is approximately 200m from Vale do Lobo beach and there is parking outside.

Being on the ground floor and all on one level, this apartment is ideal for senior holidaymakers who do not wish
to climb stairs or would prefer not to hire a car. Just 2 minutes walk to restaurants, beach, bars and small shop.

Vale do Lobo has two superb golf courses, a sporting club, health spa, numerous restaurants, kids club,
12 court all weather tennis centre and several kms of white sandy beach which has a life guard and plenty of watersport activities in the summer. There is also a bank, supermarket and several boutiques. It is a town within a town.
