About the home

Luxurious sunny 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool and garden ideally situated just behind Barringtons Sports Club in Vale Do Lobo. Large sunny lounge with Sky satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Dining area to seat 6 perople. Lounge has glass doors that lead to a sunny terrace with an outside dining area which looks over the swimming pool. Fully equipped modern kitchen with Stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Separate utility area with washing machine. The villa has a large family room with two twin beds and another single bed with an en-suite walk in shower and steamer. Large Private pool 10x6m (the pool can be heated) with a children’s slide. There is a water feature next to the pool with fish inside. Private enclosed landscaped gardens with play area with swings for children. The garden in the summer is full of the fragrance and colours of flowers.
The villa is within an easy 15 minutes walk from the beach and Vale Do Lobo Praça with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Within 10 minutes walk to the Vale Do Lobo golf course and Barringtons Sports Club. Tennis centre and courts within 10 min walk. There is also a kids club and mini golf course within 15 minutes walk.

Quinta Do Lago is within 10 minutes drive with the Quinta do Lago lake with water sports, golf courses, restaurants and the Quinta shopping complex. There is also a riding school close to the property.
Quinta do Lago is an exclusive golf and beach development in Portugal. The resort consists of 4 golf courses, lakes, bird sanctuary and a wonderful natural sandy beach golf, tennis, riding, sailing and windsurfing are on the doorstep, great shopping at the entrance and a tremendous choice of really good restaurants plus 2 top class night clubs. Lively Almancil is also only 10 mins drive away. It has everything - supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, petrol station, several banks, Internet cafe, boutiques and numerous cafes, bars and restaurants of all types and prices.

Within a few minutes drive you have Aqua Show water park, horse riding, tennis, sea water sports and of course a choice of 12 golf courses. Within 15 mins is Vilamoura with its huge marina surrounded by cafes, bars, boutiques and fashionable shops of all types. Loule, the provincial capital, has fine old churches and buildings, many traditional and modern shops and the famous covered market. Faro is also interesting as it has a walled city centre within which is the Cathedral, museum, galleries and open square with cafes and restaurants. Many cultural events take place here. East of Faro is ancient and unspoilt Tavira where the 'Ria Formosa' nature reserve begins. It has fascinating old bridges and buildings, a castle and several churches. Beautiful Spain is within an easy 45 minutes drive.

The villa is within an easy 10 minutes walk from the beach and Vale Do Lobo Praça with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Within 10 minutes walk to the Vale Do Lobo golf course and Barringtons Sports Club. There is also a kids club and mini golf course within 10 minutes walk.
