The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Quinta Verde is located under one kilometre from Quinta do Lago in the area known as the Golden Triangle in Central Algarve. This triangle runs from Almancil to Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo. It is renowned for its wonderful selection of golf courses, beautiful coastline and excellent cuisine as well as the abundance of natural beauty with the Ria Formosa Nature Walks and the many Lakes surrounding it. The local Tennis Academy is situated in the centre of the resort and considered one of the finest facilities of its kind in Europe. The 14 hard courts (4 of which are the new Savanah artificial grass) are set in a pine-clad amphitheatre overlooked by the superb Clubhouse. It is difficult to find a more relaxing and picturesque setting to enjoy a game of tennis. The tennis academy also has a gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, massage room, bar and restaurant.
There is a local riding centre that is open to all ages/levels of expertise and is a fabulous holiday experience.
How to get there
Fly to Faro Airport - Quinta Verde, Quinta do Lago is just a 20 minutes drive from the airport. Cheap flights available from airports throughout the UK (Jet2, EasyJet and BMI Baby). Car hire recommendations avaliable upon request. There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 35 euros.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a double bed and large private roof terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and private roof terrace. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds. All rooms have en-suite.
The master bedroom en-suite has twin sinks, bath, wet room and WC. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 en-suites all have twin sinks, wet room and WC. Bedroom 5 en-suite has a single sink, shower and WC. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor in the villa.
The large lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and 3 patio doors leading outside onto a terrace overlooking the pool. There is a 42' plasma TV with full satellite package, Xbox 360 and music system.
The kitchen/dining room is open plan and comprehensively equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer plus all the usual kitchen appliances. The dining area has seating for up to 11 people. There is a spacious laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, single sink and ironing board with iron.
Further details outdoors: The Villa has an underfloor heating/cooling system which regulates the temperature of the villa to suit the requirements of guests. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the villa. The property is ideal for families and suitable for children of all ages.
The garden has a large lawn area, exotic trees and shrubs and a terrace overlooking the pool area. The private pool is 10x5m and can be heated on request. Comfortable sun loungers and a hammock are also provided. A portable BBQ offers guests the opportunity to enjoy al-fresco dining. The outside dining table seats up to ten people. The Villa is fully enclosed with a fence and automated gates which access the villa via a private driveway.
Conditions
Bookings are confirmed with the payment of a 20% deposit.
Balance payments are due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable £500 breakage deposit is also required.
Changeover day is Saturday or Sunday during the busy period. Flexible changeover subject to availability outside of this time period.
Guests may gain access to property from 2pm on arrival days and must vacate property by 11am on departure days.
