Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have baths, seperate showers, bidets, sinks with bathroom cabinets above. Modern tiles.
Kitchen: Brand new siemens microwave, ceramic hob, fan oven and dishwasher. Large American style fridge freezer. Plenty of crockery. Large remote ceiling fan.
Utility Room: Utility has washing machine,dryer,maidens, ironing board and iron with plenty of space for suitcase storage.
Living Rooms: Large 'L' shape leather sofa, coffee table, sky box and 42inch LED flat screen TV. Log burner fire. Additional Sofa bed. Dining table and leather chairs. Air-conditioning. XBOX 360.
Roof Terrace: Large patio area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The maid will come for twice per week to change linen and towels. However a daily maid service is available to make beds daily, wash, iron and clean at an additional charge.The gardens and pool are tended to twice weekly in high season, once off peak.
Notes on accommodation
Remote controlled air-conditioning and heating as required. Sky TV and WiFi connectivity available. Large ceiling fan in kitchen. A maid service daily can be arranged at a very reasonable rate.

Coast/Beach
Vale do Lobo beaches are stunning and both the beach and the Praca are minutes away by foot and boast newsagents, shops, coffee shop, ice cream parlour and many great restaurants from Chinese to Italian. In the summer months there is nightly entertainment for all ages and children are warmly welcomed.
Further details
The golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are spectacular and the green fees vary from club to club. Each club has restaurants with spectacular views, which even the non-golfers amongst us will enjoy. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The driving ranges at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are open for all and lessons can be booked. Charges vary at different times of the year. There are kids clubs and lessons available and a crazy golf pitch at the Praca in Vale Do Lobo. Barringtons golf range is only two minutes away and has a pitch and put on site, they also do lessons and clubs for both adults and children.
Special interest holidays
Vale Do Lobo has a Tennis academy that can offer both group and private tuition. They run various kids camps which can be prebooked. In peak season Manchester United have an academy which is also prebookable. The golf ranges also offer tuition and childrens clubs. Availability must be checked directly with the appropriate activity.
Travel
The villa is located around 15 minutes away from Faro International Airport.
Distances
There is a supermarket at the entrance of Vale Do Lobo including a butchers and bakery inside. Vale Do Lobo reception is a short walk away and has tasteful shops, spa, hairdressers, newsagents, cash machine etc. The Jumbo shopping centre in Faro is only 15 minutes away for fashion etc. Almancil is only 7 mins drive away with lots of shops and supermarkets, michelin star restaurants. Quinta do Lago is five mins away and has a beautiful shopping centre with designer brands and restaurants.
Further details
The beautiful port at Villamoura is 20 mins drive away. Querteria fish market is 15 mins drive away and there is a fabulous waterpark 25 mins drive.
Conditions
Deposit of 20% is payable to confirm booking with the balance due 90 days before commencement of rental period. The deposit is non refundable but will be debited from the balance outstanding at 90 days.

"We had 14 wonderful nights at the villa, it couldn't have been more perfectly suited to our needs. The villa itself is all on one level which made it feel spacious and convenient with 2 young children. The large kitchen was well equipped for all our meal requirements, with plenty of space and storage. The living area was equally nice, but with such fabulous weather we spent most of our time either at the beach or on the lovely veranda area which was well shaded and had comfortable outdoor sofas, perfect for lazing around. The outdoor dining area was easily large enough for 6 people, and the BBQ was spotlessly clean and good sized. The surrounding garden area was truly delightful and very spacious with no neighbours overlooking the area at all. It was very well maintained with charming plants, shrubbery and even orange and lemon trees. There was plenty of external space for the kids to run around and play and with the pool having a secure fence, there were no safety worries at all. All in all a fantastic villa choice, only a 10 minute stroll to the beach and Praca. We will be renting again."

"Having just returned from staying in your villa in Vale Do Lobo I wanted to write and personally thank you for the use of your home.
It was our 2nd visit to VDL and we have had a fantastic time. Your villa was exactly as described . Well furnished , spacious and in a great location. We found a short cut to the Praca which took us across the back of the 18th hole and the close proximity of the Praca meant we were extra confident at allowing our 16 yr old daughter to have some freedom of an evening , knowing we were close by if needed. The chill out furniture was perfect for morning rays or afternoon reading . We even all managed a game of basketball at the basketball net ...I was my best after a glass of Rose !
Gaby the cleaner is a delight ! She was so helpful and always smiling. The laundry facilities also meant that I have come home with very little ironing and washing which is just what us girls want :-) Gaby even did some ironing for me which was very sweet of her.
Thank you also for the info on restaurants and other attractions. Jasmine and her friends went to the water park and had a blast. We also ventured out to some beautiful restaurants . We added 2 cards to the book for restaurants that we would thoroughly recommend. Casa Velha in Quinta do Lago is great for a romantic night out . Gourmet Naturel is also a great find and children friendly.
It has also been a pleasure to deal with you too and for that reason we will be rebooking for next year."
