About the home

The villa is situated on 2000m cul de sac property on the famous Vale de Lobo Golf Course. Private driveway to main entrance. Hall with guest cloakroom and social bathroom.

Lounge /dining area very spacious and bright(patio doors out to terrace and pool) with two ample comfortable sofas and two armchairs.Tv/Dvd .Open fireplace,dinning area to seat 6. Country style kitchen,fully fitted. with big american fridge delivering ice and water. Separate laundry room with washing machine.

Master bedroom with Thai four poster bed, fitted wardrobes,flat screen TV,ensuite bathroom with sunken bath,and glass doors opening to a walled tropical garden with outside private shower.Patio doors to swimming pool.

Second bedroom with twin beds ,on mezzanine level, with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room.Private terrace with views over the golf course.

Separate studio with double bed, ensuite shower room,sitting area with fire place,kitchen .Patio doors to terrace and pool. Outside shower.

Tropical lovely garden with pool surrounded by rocks which naturally heat the pool during summer months (average temp 28o).Built-in BBQ area.Patio furniture ideal for outside dinning.
Ceiling fans throughout.
Heated floor for winter months.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

This area of Algarve,between Almancil,Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo has been described as the Golden Triangle due to the huge amounts of very good restaurants and properties, with no high rise buildings like in most parts of Algarve.

The best golf courses are to be found in this area,Vale do Lobo being one of them. Vale do Lobo beach is a paradise for children due to its calm waters.

There are several interesting towns with cultural activities within easy reach.

The Plaza at Vale do Lobo has several restaurants for every taste.Restaurant Spikes at the golf course is open all day from 8 AM and is situated a 4 minute walk from the Villa.

Vale do Lobo Spa,recently opened is already the best in this region. Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy is well known internationally.

“Séjour inoubliable dans un lieu paradisiaque” Nous avons passé un séjour en famille inoubliable dans cette villa très bien située en plein parcours de golf de Vale do Lobo. La villa est très spacieuse et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour en profiter pleinement. nombreuses terrasses au soleil ou a l'hombre et le jardin tropical est une pure merveille, la mer est accessible à pied. quand aux propriétaires, ils sont d'une gentillesse extreme et toujours prêts à rendre service si besoin. Le seul problème c'est que quelque soit soit le temps passé dans ce lieu paradisiaque, c'est toujours trop court !!! une chose est sûr, nous reviendrons forcément pour y passer de nouvelles vacances en famille. Encore merci à Manuela Cordeiro et à son amie pour leur gentillesse.
