The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Roman ruins in Vilamoura, the amazing Church of São lourenço, the Castle of Silves and the Convent of Faro are some of the many historical features Algarve has to offer you.

Vale do Lobo / Quinta do Lago area

Quinta do Lago / Almancil has a variety of fabulous restaurants,Shops and bars. It's a Golfers paradise and Families too , with all the beaches around with every kind of water sport , go karting tracks, horse riding facilities and much more. Quarteira market every wednesday with a selection of clothes, shoes, bags,etc. Antique markets are every sunday all over the Algarve. Carnival festival main event in february is in Loulé town. Shellfish festival in july and august , sardines festival in june, , motorbike festival in july, etc. Vale do Lobo with it´s night life , Paradise for young adults, is only 5 mins drive away.

How to get there

Fly from any airport on the U.K. into Faro airport which is only 15 minutes away from the villa. There are a large range of care hire stands around the airport, also, local taxis available all the time. More details on request.

The Villa is situated in a plot of 3680m2 and i have 3 small apartments at the bottom of the land, separated from the villa grounds, so if you need any extra rooms please contact me, i live in 1 of them, so being so near i will also be available to help if you have any difficulties.
If you require the swimming pool to be heated there's an extra cost of € 20 per day.

Conditions

Pets could be considered on request.
I believe you will look after the property as your own so for that there's no damage deposit requested.
For bookings more then 3 months in advace the deposit is 25% of the total amount, being the remainder to be paid 1 month before arrival date. Bookings within less then 3 months must be paid in full.
If you require the swimming pool to be heated there's an extra cost of € 20 per day.

Hi Cecilia, Sorry about not being able to thank you and give you the keys back personally, we had an early flight and were a little rushed in the morning! Apologies for leaving a few things in the fridge - I hope somebody enjoyed the beer! The villia was far better that I was expecting from the pictures and we all had a great time, so thank you for keeping such a great place. I have already recommended your villa to 2 separate groups of friends who are going to Portugal, hopefully they'll have as good a time as I did. I wish you the best of luck with your restaurant and villas, and hope you have many more happy guests, We had a fantastic time, thank you.
