About the home

In an ideal location just 3 minutes walk to the beach, Casa Magdalena is a modern newly furnished villa with sea views, perfect for indoor/outdoor living with all rooms opening onto stunning terraces or beautiful gardens. The garden includes a 5x8m heated pool with new high tech child safety cover.

Situated in a quiet cul de sac, there is a direct cut through to the beach access road via a private pathway at the bottom of the garden enabling a 3 minute walk to the spectacular Dunas Douradas beach.

The villa is a 2 minute drive (or 12 min walk) from Vale Do Lobo tennis academy and is also perfectly located for golf courses at Vale Do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

The property is particularly suited for friends/couples travelling together and for families - kids can play safely within the secure fenced property and also have access to the Dunas communal pool and beach.

Downstairs are 3 double/twin bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and dining room. Upstairs is a master bedroom with sea view terrace and a stunning office/spare bedroom with panoramic sea view windows. The villa sleeps 8-10 people.

Critical for hot Algarve summers is the very large covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a separate outdoor barbecue area.

The property was built in 2003 and is equipped with all modern appliances and includes a 46" flat screen TV providing all UK channels including Sky Sports, as well as WiFi internet access.

“A truly wonderful place to stay” My extended family stayed at Casa Magdelena in May 2013. Our time there was absolutely fautless from the directions from the airport to the villa (no need for a satnav) until the moment we left. Located on a quiet road a few minutes stroll from the magnifcent beach at Dunas Douradas it was perfect for my family. The villa itself was spacious, clean and well looked after. We loved all the outside space, especially the terrace which we ate out on each night. Absolute bliss. Would love to go back.

“Beautiful villa in fantastic location!” Recently returned from a fabulous holiday with my family at Casa Magdalena. The villa is situated in a very upmarket area on a quiet residential road with similar stunning villas around it. The villa is very spacious & well furnished in particular the beds which are amazing! You don't often get such quality in a rental property & we all really appreciated that. Having cable tv with all the English channels + wi-fi was also great. The pool area is particularly nice, very private & secluded with immaculate gardens around it. The beach is nearby with a great selection of bars/restaurants. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for 5 star accommodation.

“Fabulous villa in fantastic location!” Just returned from a wonderful holiday at this villa in the Algarve which our daughters had booked for a special family holiday. The villa is situated in a quiet residential road where there are many beautiful properties which are all well maintained with immaculate gardens. Inside the villa is furnished to a high standard so we immediately felt "at home". The beds in particular are very good quality which is so important & not always what you get in a rental property so we really appreciated that. We also enjoyed having cable tv which included all the British tv channels along with Sky Sports etc + there was wi-fi too. The pool area is really gorgeous - very private with really nice sun loungers. The beach which has lots of beach bars/restaurants is a 10 min walk & the Beach Club is 5 mins away so ideal location. We would definitely like to return here & would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for 5 star accommodation.

“Spacious beautifully decorated villa with lovely garden and pool.” The attractive villa is situated in a well thought out development, which has been cleverly designed with no other properties overlooking you and the existing pine trees still surrounding the villas. We loved the villas huge living space which was beautifully decorated and has an amazing outlook onto the garden. The pool is great for kids and the childproof pool cover gives peace of mind. The outdoor furniture is all really comfortable and you can relax by the pool in complete privacy. The villa was so lovely we had very little desire to go anywhere or do much else. But if you do want to be active there is a stunning beach and loads to do in the surrounding area. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance, we found them quite expensive and on a par with British prices. The service we received from the owners was first class they were so helpful providing lots of info and the villa was so well stocked with everything we needed.

“A lap of luxury that somehow manages to feel like home” Just back home having spent 2weeks in this absolutely gorgeous villa. This villa is everything the owner says it is and sooooooo much more! Ther pool area is so comfortable it was very hard to leave it to go to the beautiful beech which is only 3 minutes walk away. There is a lovely veranda close to the pool area where our 3 little boys would play which meant that we got to do some sunbathing while keeping a close eye on them. The living area was so comfortable and the tv has all the kids, UK / Irish channels. The Furniture is new and to a very high standard, really comfy beds/ luxurious bed sheets,soft towels, powerful showers, we really felt like we were staying in a five star hotel but with all the comforts of home. The villas garden and pool area is completely private and so peaceful. We can't recommend it highly enough.
