This superb detached 3 bedroom villa is in the attractive development of Dunas Douradas, close to the beach and all the amenities of the area. The villa is private and secluded in a cul-de-sac located on a mature plot approximately 10 minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation is on two levels, with the lounge on the lower level opening out onto a covered veranda and large patio area. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The villa accommodates 6 people in space, comfort and privacy.

The Vale do Lobo / Dunas Douradas area

The upmarket resort of Dunas Douradas is located on the golden Algarve coastline between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. It’s the ideal base for a beach, poolside, golf or tennis holiday, with all facilities being close at hand.

The low-rise five-star resort has a large communal pool with food kiosk and flood lit-tennis courts with a resident tennis pro on hand for lessons.

The local beach is an easy 5 minutes' walk from the resort along a safe, private road that runs through nature reserve, or around a minute’s transfer by car, whilst the resort’s Beach Club accommodation enjoys a frontline beach location. The beach here is spectacular golden sand and runs for a 10km stretch. Most of our villas in Dunas Douradas are within 10 minutes walk of the beach.

During the summer season lots of water sports are available at the beach with resident lifeguards, sun loungers, umbrellas and beachside restaurants.

There are at least 7 well-known golf courses within a 15-minute drive of the resort, plus the world famous Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy.

You can spend the day exploring the neighbouring nature reserve, ambling through a countryside of pine forests and fig-trees, sampling local wines and cheeses, or just enjoying the wide open Atlantic ocean as it rolls onto the beach.

The developments of Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the town of Alamancil are all close by offering more restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Dunas Douradas is a 15-20-minute drive from Faro Airport.
