About the home

Situated in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas within walking distance to the golden sandy beach. Steps up to main entrance, entrance hall with guest cloakroom, split level bright and spacious lounge/dining area with ample comfortable seating, cable TV and patio doors to partly covered terrace with outside dining table.

2 steps down to pool and terrace. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, seperate utility/laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 3 twin bedrooms on the ground floor all made up as double, 2 at the front with access to pool terrace and 1 at the rear. All bedrooms on this level share a bathroom.

First floor 1 double bedroom with patio doors to private terrace and full en-suite bathroom. Master bedroom with king size bed, patio doors to private terrace and full en-suite bathroom.

Rectangle 9x5 metre swimming pool with integrated steps which can be heated, portable gas BBQ.
