Ground floor: Entrance hall with guest cloakroom leading into lounge/dining area with satellite TV, DVD, open fireplace and dining table to seat 8. Patio doors to pleasant pool area with large pool and terrace with patio furniture. Fully equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and access to adjoining breakfast room. One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, wooden parquet effect floor. Separate shower room. Access to private roof terrace overlooking the pool area.
