This immaculate and spacious villa is located with in the heart of Vale do Lobo at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac within 200m of the beautiful sandy beach. It is within walking distance of all the sports activities, restaurants, bars and shops that Vale do Lobo has to offer.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (replaced in 2008) and will sleep 6 people comfortably. The Master bedroom has a double bed and brand new en-suite bath and shower room. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds and share the new upstairs shower/bathroom.
The second bedroom also has its own balcony from which you can view the sea.
The property has a fully fitted kitchen (Renovated in 2007) including washing machine, freezer and microwave and has all the utensils and cutlery needed to cook for a family of 6. There is also a BBQ to cook al-fresco and have the choice of dining outside on the properties private patio or inside at the dining table.
Plenty of communal parking is available.
Regular maid service included from a local management company who also provide help and assistance for guests during their stay.

"My husband and I spent a happy and enjoyable week at Madeira House in May with our daughter and 2 small grandchildren. There was 2 lovely vases of roses, some wine, water and fruit as a lovely welcome. The villa was comfortable and we felt very at home and had plenty of room especially with small children who made good use of the beach toys left in the cupboard! Everything was very clean and the new bathrooms and kitchen were a bonus. It only took under 5 minutes to walk to the beach and as the villa is in a cul de sac there was not a lot of traffic, and the children could play on the patio in the shade of the trees.
In May it was very quiet which made it all the more relaxing. We miss the balcony sea view at breakfast and in the evening.
