Our villa is provided in the highest of standards! It is not like a rental property it is like a hotel! The villa is extremely private and can only be accessed via double electric gates. The pool and gardens are at the back of the property so it is very peaceful and quiet. The views are stunning and you are not overlooked!

This villa has never been rented out until now March 2010. We pride ourselves in providing the highest standard of comfort and customer service and have our very own concierge service to support this when you are actually at the villa. The villa has a great South Westerly position so you get the sunshine all day long.

We have created a villa to reflect this high standard, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible and have fitted out the villa to reflect this. All the leather suites are brand new in the villa and 2 of the suites have reclining actions on them. The lounge is a great entertaining area with its wall mounted 58" wide screen plasma and great selection of reading books, DVD,player.

The villa is a place to relax enjoy a glass of wine, enjoy a meal with friends or play on the Playstation, Xbox, WII etc - no expense has been spared (paly station, xbox, wii weekly £25 each rental).

There is a lovely area for you to sit and study or work on the computer as it has its very own desk. Throughout the whole of the villa you can access the internet. The dining room leads onto the lounge and has a very large entertaining table which seats 8 but you could easily get more around it. The kitchen leads onto the dining room which is an ideal location for serving food.

Each of the wonderfully decorated bedrooms has its own wall mounted plasma screen, and air conditioning is provided throughout the villa. The cupboards to house your clothes are newly fitted and there is lot of hanging and cupboard space for your clothes etc.

The bathrooms are exceptional, beautifully tiled, underfloor heating, great large mirrors, magnifying mirrors for shaving etc, shaving points, electric toothbrush points. All bathrooms are large and are brand new.

The gardens and pool outside the villa are exceptional, plot size approx 1400m. The pool is an impressive 12 x 6m and heated, it has steps leading into the shallow end.The gardens are mature and there is plenty of space for the children to play or seek shade under a tree.

The terraces around the villa and pool are newly laid and are many so there is plenty of space surrounding the pool area for friends and family to enjoy the pool but not get soaked when the kids are playing it in. The sunloungers are really comfortable. There are also tables outside so you can eat al fresco and enjoy the large BBQ with its own sink area for preparing your food.

The villa is very secure with electric shutters and private wall and electric gates to front however this area is particular safe with 24 hour security. The main reception is less than a minute away with its very own huge communal pool, toddler pool, restaurant, 2 x cafes, tennis courts (new), shop (you can buy newspapers here and freshly baked rolls).

From the moment that you book your holiday with us we will ensure outstanding service from start to finish because we want you to recommend our villa and come back. We want you to feel like you are in an hotel and everything that you wish for we can provide.

We have an excellent management concierge company that will help you whenever required ie from booking restaurants, car hire, taxis, boat hire, bike hire, fishing trips, golf bookings, tennis bookings, spa bookings etc. All these services are free for you to book via our concierge service.

THE VILLA HAS ELECTRIC SHUTTERS SO YOU JUST PRESS A BUTTON AND THE SHUTTERS CLOSE WHICH IS VERY SECURE. MOST VILLAS ARE MANUAL AND YOU HAVE TO SHUT EACH ONE WHICH TAKES A LOT OF TIME.

THE VILLA HAS TABLE TENNIS AND A TRAMPOLINE! NEW FROM 2011, IPOD AND DOCKING STATION, SUPERSOFT DRESSING GOWNS, NEW GARDEN LOUNGERS, BEACH TOWELS

Entrance to the villa is 4.00pm and exit is 10:30am. Where we can we will strive to give you access into the villa as soon as it has been cleaned. If no one is due to enter the villa following you then we can allow you to stay at a cost of £50 per hour but this has to be firstly authorised and agreed prior to your holiday.

Please note that it is essential that you vacate the villa at 10:30am to ensure that our cleaners can clean and turn the villa around for the next clients your consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Free Conceige Service are there to help book taxis, car hire, food packs etc.

DUNAS DOURADAS (Golden Beaches), VALE DO LOBO is in the most prestigious of holiday areas you have everything on your doorstep, tennis, golf, great beaches, super restaurants, bars, cafes, spas, boats, yachting, castles, bike rides, boat trips, marinas etc.

Zoo Marine - similiar to Sea World Florida lots of daily shows, animals, rides, restaurants, large swimming pools something for everyone a great day out. 30 mins by car.

Quarteria, markets run every Wed and Sat great selection good bargains, super restaurants and great value for money.

Loule, castle, markets, places of interest

Aquapark - Water park situated 10 mins drive away, lots of water slides and a great day out!

Go Karting Almancil - full size race track for adults and track for children, trampolines, bull buck a roo, restaurant, cafe.

Vale do Lobo

5 min walk from villa access to 30 miles of sandy beaches this is like Barbados, really beautiful beaches and lots of space very unlike Marbella and surrounding areas. You can if you wish even park near the beach which is handy if you are carrying lot of things.

There are lots of restaurants scattered along the beach. Walking from the villa you will pass the Dunas Douradas Beach Club where they are 2 excellent restaurants, a kids club and 2 huge outside pools, jacuzzi and including one inside pool which is a great asset as it is the nearest indoor pool. You can get lots of snacks eg burgers, seafood, smoothies here as well.

Walk for another minute passed the beach club and you will stumble across Marias, again this is a very good beach side restaurant which services food all day and in the high season in the evening.

When you get onto the beach if you walk for 5 mins to the left you will come across Julias restaurant, Izzys seafood restaurant, San Antonios Restaurant, Paridise Restaurant and That little shack. All of these restaurants are great to eat in they are of a very good standard and cater for everyone. They are all situated on the beach. If you continue for approx 7 mins passed these restaurants you will come across 2 restaurants on stilts Tropical and Don Paxos both are excellent.

If you take a turn right on the beach and walk for 5 mins you will come to Vale Do Lobo's Praca where there are approximately 10 restaurants and bars, there is also a night club here! You can play crazy golf here and in the evenings there is live singing entertainment. Great location for children, families and couples.

If you enjoy tennis not only do you have tennis courts literally on your doorstep at the villa where you can have private lessons and there is a kids roll up in the mornings but there is the Vale Do Lobo Tennis Academy about 7 mins walk with approximately 16 courts. Group coaching is available from 9-11 or 11-1 for all ages and abilities. There is also mini tennis for one hour for children new to the game aged from 3. Here you will also find a communal pool a Chinese restaurant and a snack bar and restaurant, together with sauna room.

Golf is plentiful you are within a 5 min drive to the Ocean and Royal Course at Vale Do Lobo. Type in Valedolobo.com into Google for all facilities available. 10 min drive away and you have the San Lorenzo, Laranjal golf course and Pinheros Altos. 15 mins drive and you have approximately 10 courses at Vilamoura to choose from. If you just want to chill and have a facial or body massage or even go to the gym there is an excellent spa at Vale Do Lobo together with a hair dressing salon and indoor pool.

Barringtons is situated within Vale Do Lobo just up from the tennis courts and has its own golf driving range and great putting area. They have there own indoor and outdoor pool and restaurant and run various gym classes throughout the day, ie yoga, step, fit bodies etc. They also have a fully fitted gym with fitness instructors.

This really is a holiday experience that you will never forget!

"Perfect family villa"

An excellent villa which had everything you needed to make a perfect family holiday. The standard of the villa was the best I'd stayed in. The location of the villa was also brilliant as it meant we were able to easily split our time between beach and the pool at the villa. Having a young family it was great that everything was all on one floor and the size of the pool was perfect for them. Mary the owner also provided us with everything we needed and the concierge company were also really responsive in making bookings for us. In summary, a great family holiday and we will definitely be coming back.

Thank you very much for taking the time and effort immediately after your holiday in providing such a wonderful review of your holiday experience in our villa.

We always strive to offer the very best in the rental market and ensure that all of our customer requirements are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Year on year we are constantly upgrading our villa to meet and far exceed our clients expectations. This year we have added a new badmington net which has proved to be extremely useful alongside the trampoline and full size table tennis table.

We are also adding more outside lighting to enable you to make the most of the garden and pool very late into the evening! Our villa is ideally situated away from the road so that you can enjoy lots of outside entertaining!

New seat cushions have were purchased in July 2013 for the dining table and also new table clothes for all of the outside tables.

We have also installed lights on the terrace together with an outside socket so that you can play music. Our children have loved it upstairs in the evening because it just gives them their own space to enjoy with friends.

If you are looking for a real luxury holiday experience then please look no further!

"Lovely, well equipped villa"

This villa is very well equipped with everything you could ask for. It is private yet at the same time safe, with a cafe/restaurant and clubhouse just across the road. It is close to the golf courses at Val de Lobo and close to the beach. I know you should get away from tv's and wi fi on holiday...but it was welcome to have a huge tv in the lounge and an excellent wi fi connection. There is plenty of seating outside. both around the pool and on the terrace above the property. We paid extra for pool heating which was neccessary in April. Mary the owner is more than helpful and the management company on site were very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend this property to any one!
