Stunning 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool and games room, decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout and perfectly located on the 5 star development of Varandas Do Lago which is centrally located between Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago and within easy reach of the famous "Julias" beach and a host of restaurants, bars and championship golf courses.

Leading off the main entrance is a grand hallway, with rooms leading to
the Spacious and tastefully furnished lounge, two large leather sofas and plasma cable TV, DVD player, access from the lounge through French doors lead on to a dining area with table and seating for 8 with access through French patio windows to the pool area.

From the dining area there is access to a modern fully equipped kitchen, with built in microwave, electric oven, a built in gas hob, and fridge freezer and dishwasher with views to the pool , also there is access from the kitchen to the hallway.

Two bedrooms lead off from the hallway, one large twin with plenty of wardrobe space, beautifully decorated with a full en suite bathroom with full bath, The 2nd bedroom is a lovely light and airy double bedroom with a en-suite shower room. Both bedroom have French windows which open on to the back of the house with its well tendered lawn.
