1. Surrounding Area

Beautiful and very cosy villa with small garden and pool, games room, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, affording a very central hillside location in Vale Parra, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs and supermarket and within a very short drive from outstanding beaches, like Galé, Salgados and São Rafael (all with beach bars/restaurants), the only 2 Michelin star restaurant in Portugal and the Salgados golf course and nature reserve, with beautiful walkway along the beach and lagoon.

Albufeira, the tourist capital of Portugal, with its colourful marina, the well known Fishermen's Beach (Praia dos Pescadores) and picturesque old town, with an abundance of shops, bars, quality restaurants and the main square, with live shows during the holiday season, is located within a 10 min. drive.

The charming village of Guia, with a selection of good quality restaurants specialising in “Chicken Piri-Piri”, the second largest shopping centre in the Algarve (AlgarveShopping) and the Zoomarine aquarium with animal shows and 4D cinema, is located within a 5 min. drive from the villa.

The property is completely walled, featuring a small garden with hedges, shrubs, swimming and covered terrace with al fresco dining area, barbecue at the rear. At the front, a gated entrance leads to a carport, next to the entrance to the villa.

Entrance hall. 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. 2 bath/shower rooms (1 en suite). Lounge and dining area with LCD TV, DVD player, mini Hi-Fi and large patio doors leading onto a covered terrace with al fresco dining area and brick built barbecue, garden and pool. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Utility room with dishwasher and washing machine.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
