About the home

Provincial large but exceptional cosy villa, with particularly beautiful views over the pioneers of the Alps (Gourdon) with 5 bedrooms (up to 14 persons). Approx. 2 km from the provincial village Valbonne. The villa is situated in a private domaine (45 villas) with 3 tennis courts, a general swimming pool, but above all its own swimming pool of 6 x 12 metres with overflow and a bain romain.

Located on its height, there is a wonderful view of Rocquefort Les Pins on one side and St. Paul the Vence on the other side. The cultivated garden (approximately 3,000 m2) borders to a natural area, so you can enjoy the tranquillity and privacy. The property can be entered through a remote controlled gate and parking space within the property is more than sufficient.

There are several terraces on the southern side of the villa (the garden is situated on the South-West), which are unique for sunbathing. Under wide Pin Parasols you can rest in the shadow. At the swimming pool a terrace with beds with cushions are available. You can enjoy your joint dinners at long tables on the bougainville covered terrace. On the terrace with a very comfortable lounge set (two seats and two couches) you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Valbonne is a lovely ancient village with a nice inner square, where several restaurants are situated. Local market every friday. Further villages in the surrounding which are worth visiting are Mougins, Biot, St. Paul de Vence, Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Juan Les Pins.

In the strip between Monaco and Cannes a microclimate is present, which means that weather conditions are far better than up North and West.

Within 30 min drive you could find about 10 very different type of golf courses.The beaches of Theoule sur Mer are quite pleasant for younger kids, whilst the beaches of Juan Les Pins, Cannes, Antibes are more modest.
