This villa is perfectly located for a family holiday, only 5 mins from the popular village of Valbonne with its many restaurants and bars.
Accommodation is flexible having 2 double bedrooms, a twin and a single room, and 3 bath/shower rooms. Local shops can be found approx 1 km away, with an excellent bakery, supermarket and the essential wine cave.
The lovely sandy beaches that stretch from Antibes through Cannes and onward towards Frejus are only 20 mins drive away.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The Cote d'Azur is famous for it's all year round temperate climate, and with it's history and places of interest makes it an ideal holiday location. Nice is within easy reach by car, train or bus, also Antibes with its super yachts, Juan Les Pins, Cannes, Monaco and Italy.
Marineland is Europe's largest marine and water park and is located in Biot/Antibes only 20 mins drive away. A visit is a must and is ideal for young and old alike.
Valbonne / Plascassier area
Valbonne is a historic village with delightful narrow streets with local shops and restaurants to cover all tastes and budgets. The market is on Friday mornings and well worth a visit for local products.
Grasse is not far away and is the centre of the perfume industry in the area.

Fly to Nice - The villa is just 20 km from the airport (30 mins drive).
Cheap flights available from Easyjet, Ryanair, Airlingus, Jet2, Flybe, BMIbaby, BMI, British Airways from several airports throughout the UK and Ireland as well as the rest of Europe.

The kitchen is traditional in style but still fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. There is a BBQ on the delightful covered terrace for essential outside dining. The outside furniture is all teak - table, chairs, sunbeds and hammock!
