About the home
Our home offers very comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Cote d'Azur yet tucked away in a peaceful paradise away from the madding crowd! Very conveniently located just 20 mins from Nice airport (EasyJet, BA, Air France) means you can start your holiday almost minutes after landing. Nearby towns include Cannes, Antibes, Mougins, Grasse and closest of all Valbonne.
Within the Domain Privi is a large swimming pool, tennis courts and an onsite restaurant during the summer, plus in excess of 12 Hectares of grounds surrounding a beautiful Chateau which can also accommodate additional guests if required.
All bedrooms are en-suite and include a shower, bath, bidet and heated towel rail.
The house has all the main facilities including TV, washing machine, dryer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking utensils.
Our home is ideal for a single or two families sharing, or a family with accompanying parents, as there are three double beds, a set of bunk beds and a very comfortable sofa bed, giving ample sleeping options.
The house is a very comfortable getaway right in the middle of the South of France but away from the crowds and tucked away in it's own little piece of paradise within the Exclusive Private domain of Castellaras Le Vieux!
There is a large swimming pool where you can sit & relax whist those wishing to can play or swim in the pool can, with a large shallow end for children as well as a large deeper end for adults and confident swimmers (Lifeguard on duty during summer months)

A very comfortable detached home on a private estate enjoying lovely views and accommodations throughout, with Terracotta tiled floors throughout the ground floor in this traditional styled house. Three large bedrooms (one very large) sleeps 6/8 people comfortably and can go to 10 in total if you have children, with three large double beds, a set of bunk beds and a comfortable sofa bed.
Internally there is a large dining and lounge area with space outside at both the front and back of the property which includes a front courtyard, ideal for eating alfresco with the rear enjoying three separate terraced areas plus a lawn area - with distant sea and mountain views.
There is ample room to BBQ, relax & sunbathe with the added feature of a 2.5m square purpose built jacuzzi pool to help cool you down in the summer heat!
There are tennis courts available for those looking to play and at least 4 good nearby golf courses ready for you to play.

There is covered parking near the entrance to the house plus parking immediately on the private road outside if required. As the domain has a guarded entrance, security is very high on this private domain.
Conditions
We will be happy to welcome you as a guest and all we ask is that you respect the property as if it were your own. We will require a 25% deposit when booked with the final balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside of the house.
A deposit of €250.00 will need to be paid on arrival (or before) and refunded assuming there is no damage)
Deposit and balance can be paid in Euros or Sterling equivalent.

The South of France is an ideal and popular location for holiday makers throughout the world, with many travel options available by plane, train or car.
Ideally located just a few minutes from the market town of Valbonne it is also well placed for Cannes, Antibes, Mougins, Mouan Sartoux, Grasse, Vance and many of the other well know historic places in the Cote d'Azur. Nice International Airport is just a 20 minute drive away and flies to places throughout Europe and indeed the world.
The weather during the summer months in the region is nothing short of spectacular with the autumn, winter and spring offering some beautiful days with very comfortable temperatures on a daily basis - HOWEVER, when you do ever get a storm blowing in, that too can be just as spectacular!

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
A 'damage' deposit of €250.00 will be collected on arrival and returned at the end of your stay assuming there is no damage.
For those renting for two weeks or more a cleaner will visit after the first week to change sheets, towels and clean the bathrooms. There is a final cleaning charge of €100.00 for every rental regardless of length of stay. Thank you.
