The Bastide has a classic exterior and the interior living is of a contemporary style and open plan. The five bedrooms are all air-conditioned and it is equipped to a very high standard from the heated jacuzzi and salt water pool (13m x 3,6m) to the Italian made Boffi kitchen.
Outside there is plenty of room for dining and relaxing on the panoramic terraces surrounding the house and by the two natural spring water pools and an open fire!
The local area is a paradise for golfers, the villa is just a few kilometres from the renowned Grande Bastide Golf Club and 15 minute drive to the prestigious courses of Royal Mougins and Cannes-Mougins. There's an international tennis club and horseriding club close by.

4 rooms located on 1st floor: Master Suite can be closed off to the rest of floor. En-suite bathroom has a large tub, shower and twin sinks. WC separate. The Master Suite has a king size bed. Both bathrooom and bedroom join onto a 60 sq.meter covered terrace. Other rooms: Bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom with queen size bed and shared full bathroom. Bedroom with 2 single beds and shared full bathroom.
Ground floor: Independant bedroom with single beds and en-suite full bathroom.

1 hectare (2.5 acres) of land surrounding the property. Olive trees cover the terracing. Salt water pool 13 x 3,5m. State of the art Jacuzzi with speaker system adjacent to house. Large terrace running along the southern facade of the villa and a covered terrasse facing south/east. Outdoor dining table for 10 persons with adjacent outdoor sitting area on terrace.
The villa is between 2 hilltop villages, Chateauneuf and Opio) with extended walks to be made directly from the property. A commerce area with all essentials (boulangerie, market, butcher, pharmacie...) is located 3 minutes by car or a short walk away.

Pool is generally comfortable for swimming betweem early May - late September. Jacuzzi year round.
Cleaning lady comes 6 hours twice per week at renter cost. She is readliy available for extra requests- ironing , personal laundry.
English spoken.
Conditions
High season summer months requires a minumum of 2 week booking. Other shorter period requests to be discussed.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Rich culture and historical past. Located in the hills surrounded by hilltop villages. Grasse a 10 minute drive with its perfumeries, notably Fragonard. Biot with its pottery, glassblowing. and the Foundation Maeght. Antibes with its ancient ramparts and the Picasso museum. St Paul de Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, Mougins, Le Bar sur Loup, Chateauneuf are just some of the many hilltop villages close by.
Climate is dry and green simulataneously . Rivers, gorges and the sea nearby fill the thirst for water in the summer months. Our home has a steady water flow into 2 spring fed pools.
The Valbonne / Opio area
We are well surrounded by Golf courses. Overlooking the Grand Bastide and 15 minuted for the prestigious Royal Mougins club. An International tennis club is less than 5 minutes drive. Horseback riding is available . Hiking, walks and biking excursions from the house or in surrounding area.
The Mediteranean Sea offers beach clubs and, island adventures and sailing/boating.
