About the home

This is a highly exclusive and private villa. 2 staff live on site (in a separate staff villa) and a chef is available in July & August.

Not overlooked by any other property with no road or other noise, yet within walking distance of the famous Valbonne village and roman square. Guests have exclusive access to 40,000 SqM (4 Hectares/8.5 Acres) of the estate lawns, gardens, olive groves and woodland. The main house has six double rooms, 4 ensuite and 2 sharing an ensuite. There is a 12 seat purpose built cinema with games and movies, fully equipped gymnasium and games room with Billiards, table tennis and football. The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay

The villa benefits from its own private pool, fenced, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room, dining room and Kitchen is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

For those who would like an even more active time, Club Med resort is adjacent to the entrance to the estate (access available by advance, separate arrangement).

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The Cote d'Azur, known in English as the French Riviera, is home to some of the world's most luxurious cities & towns including Nice, Cannes, Antibes, St Tropez and Villefranche-sur-Mer. Fantastic cuisine and people-watching make up the bulk of the action, along with a thriving beach culture. Provence is famous for its scenery, all vineyards and lavender fields, while the Alps provide a dramatic backdrop.

The Valbonne area

In the summertime, Valbonne is a hive of activity in the central roman square with buzzing restaurants, local antique shops and the traditional french market. The coast is just close enough to get quickly to the beach for the kids, to the restaurants of Cannes or the Yacht Marina's, yet far enough away for our guests to avoid the throngs if peace and quiet is needed.

Valbonne is 10 mins (10K) from Mougins Village and 20 minutes from Cannes, therefore a perfect base for the Palais des Festivals for the Cannes Film Fastival and others.

IFor winter sports, the nearest skiing is 45 minites drive from the front door in Greolieres (day resort), 1hr 45 mins to the international ski resort of Isola 2000 and under 2 hours to at least three other ski resorts in the area.
