Villa Morrocco is located amongst the rolling hills of Chianti Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. It is considered one of the most beautiful and tranquil places in the world. Tuscany’s famous cultural sites are a short distance away. These sites include Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano as well as the picturesque town of Monteriggioni, with its population of 42.

The Moroccan villa is located on the ground floor of a residential unit and contains excellent facilities. A large pool is located only a few steps from the villa and is surrounded by olive groves and luscious fruit trees. The large private garden is a perfect location for those who desire a romantic dinner of wine and pasta under the Tuscan starry sky.

As well as this, Villa Morrocco provides captivating landscapes which maintain their beauty both in Summer and Winter. There are many different ways to explore the beauty of Tuscany, a regular bicycle tour is held between cypress-lined , a hiking trip with a picnic between the vines or a delicious coffee to “La Dolce Vita”.

Explore nearby Florence and marvel at the famous ‘Ponte Vecchio’, which houses some of the most beautiful artworks developed by Florence’s Goldsmith Masters. You can also travel to Siena, a nearby province which hosts the world famous ‘Palio” horse race and contains the hill town San Gimignano, which is famous for being the best-preserved medieval town in Tuscany.

A visit to Greve in Chianti, located in the beginning of the Chianti area is definitely worthwhile. Greve in Chianti egularly hosts wine tastings and a weekly market, which is held in the charming piazza filled with a range of different specialties.

Villa Morrocco is surrounded by a large private garden with in-house pool. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and can house up to 6 people. This high quality facility provides guests with a luxurious living environment. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms each with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven and washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with tub, heating, bed linen and towels.

The villa is available all year, It is necessary to pay 20% of the entire amount of the vacation. The rest of the amount has to be paid at least 30 days before the departure with banking transfer.In case of a cancellation or no show, there will be a penalty applied:

If there is a cancellation or no show up to 15 days prior to arrival, there is a 80% fee.
If there is a cancellation or no show up 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, there is a 90% fee.
No refund with cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival.

In the case of a cancellation, the purchaser must contact the agency “wonderful tuscany” via email or in any written form, providing personal data and references contained in the booking voucher. Penalties will be released at that time.
