'Le Clos des Pins' is a beautiful Provencal villa totally surrounded by vineyards. With views of Mont Ventoux and completely refurbished in 2008 and early 2009, it is the perfect base to holiday and explore the wonderful Cote du Rhone area of Provence.
The villa benefits from its own private swimming pool with shallow end for the children, large living room with English SKY TV, well equipped kitchen/dining room leading onto dining sun terrace, private study with WiFi internet access and 4 generous air conditioned bedrooms, each with its own exceptional en suite bathroom. You will not be disappointed with the facilities this villa has to offer.
The Villa is perfect for families wanting to get away from it all, great for wine lovers looking to taste all the great wines in the area, also perfect for cyclists (on- and off-road).

The living room is comfortable and cosy. There is a modern 36inch flat screen TV with access to English speaking SKY Freeview and news channels. There is also a DVD player along with a selection of CDs and DVDs. At the far end of the lounge there is a lovely open fire for burning logs in the winter months.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a halogen electric hob, 2 fan assisted ovens, full sized dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, large fridge freezer and pretty much everything you will need. The dining area seats 8 very comfortably. The kitchen opens onto a wonderful south facing sun terrace with views over vineyards and Mont Ventoux, perfect for breakfast, lunch & dinner "al-fresco"..!
The 4 generous bedrooms are all air-conditioned and each has en suite bathroom facilities. All the bathrooms include a large walk-in shower, 2 wash basins, WC, heated towel rail, radiator and in 1 bathroom a large bath as well.
Further details outdoors:
The 11m x 6m private swimming pool was completely refurbished in 2008. There are roman steps to get in and out of the pool and a shallow area for the children covering 1/3 of the pools surface. There are 8 sun-loungers around the pool which is protected by a regulation safety fence.
There are sunny and shady areas in the garden and a small wooded area perfect for the children to play in.
The south facing sun terrace leading off the kitchen and living room is perfect for dining "al fresco" with views over the vineyards to Mont Ventoux.
There is a purpose built Boules pitch in the garden under the trees.

Conditions
- Refundable breakages deposit of 300 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded on departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
- 35% of rental fee due on booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

The Vaison-la-Romaine area
The local town of Vaison-la-Romaine dates from Roman times over 2000 years ago. With its shady spots under plane trees, its busy streets, the terraces of its cafes & restaurants and of course its superb market every Tuesday morning with all the colours of the South of France, Vaison-la-Romaine has all the charm of a genuine Provencal town.
Local activities include canoeing, horse riding, cycling, rock climbing, walking, forest rope climbing and more...And for the less energetic how about strolling round the Provencal markets, coffee reading the papers on terrace shaded by plane trees, lunch al-fresco, wine tasting, sun bathing, reading, painting and more....
