Luxury Villa Kartal Yuvasi is 200 metres from the village centre and has a peaceful location. Nearby shops, restaurants and wine bar are just a short walk away. The villa`s hall entrance leads into the open plan lounge, dining and fully fitted kitchen which also leads through the patio door on to the terrace by the pool. Marble spiral stairs lead to the second floor where all three bedrooms have their own balconies with seating.The second floors largest bedroom has en suite facilities. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi and shower. The second marble stairway leads to the third floor en suite bedroom, which leads to two sun terraces, one on each corner of the room,suitable for private sun bathing with breath taking views. There is a walled garden for privacy when swimming or sun bathing. All rooms have there own air conditioning.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The bustling town and harbour of fethiye is 18 km away from uzumlu, and can be reached by regular bus(dolmus) or car. The world renown resort of olu deniz (the blue lagoon) with its sheltered beach and lagoon is ideal for children and swimming. Butterfly Valley is a short boat ride away as is nearby Hisaronu with its nightlife, clubs, restaurants and bars. Calis beach is 5km from Fethiye and is well known region for entertainment, it can be reached by water taxi from fethiye Harbour. The shoreline is a 6km long and is famous for nesting turtlesand wonderful sunsets.
Uzumlu area
Uzumlu is a traditional village, quiet and unspoilt with very friendly locals,and retains all the natural charm and character of a Turkish village. Cadianda ruins can be found within walking distance, above and behind the villa, nestling in the mountainside. Kia ghost village and the rock tombs of Fethiye are a short drive away. The famous Saklikent Gorge is easily accessible by car. Those more interested in archaeological sites can reach Tlos, pinora , Xanthos, Letoon around an hour and even Pamukkale is within a days drive. For the more adventurous there is White Water Rafting ,Paragliding, Wind surfing. Jeep safaris and Turkish baths are also very popular.

Fly to Dalaman-Uzumlu is 50km from the airport Flights-A1 travel,Thomas Cook, Travel Republic, cheapflights.co.uk Car Hire-www.firstrentacar.net Local buses run regularly to and from the airport into Fethyie Taxis are always available. Private car hire can be organised via the owner and can include airport transfer if required.
