Luxury Detached Villa with Private Pool

From the villa entrance you walk into a hallway which leads into the lounge area with patio doors onto the terrace and overlooking the swimming pool. The dining room is accessed through an archway and another archway leads into a fully equipped kitchen with ovenhob, washing machine, fridge freezer. The lounge has a feature wood burning fireplace and sofa seating for 6 people there is also a CD system and selection of music. Also on the ground floor there is a separate sitting room with a sofa, cushions, DVD player, there is also a toilet shower room.
The first floor includes a large master bedroom with double bed and large ensuite with bath and overhead shower attachment . Two further bedrooms (both with double beds) and a large family shower room. The master bedroom has a shared terrace with bedroom two, and bedroom three also has two separate balconies.
The Second floor has two large triple (with a double bed and single bed in each) bedrooms ,one with a secret terrace and cot. There is also a family toilet/shower room
Flooring to the ground floor is of local marble. The ground floor has open access to a large terrace, garden, built in BBQ and pool area.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The bustling town and harbour of Fethiye is 18 Kilometres away from Uzumlu and can be reached by regular dolmus or by car.
The world renown resort of Olu Deniz 'the blue lagoon' with its sheltered beach and lagoon which is ideal for children and swimmimg, is a short distance away from Fethiye, as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively nightlife, clubs, restaurants and bars
Calis beach is 5km from Fethiye and is one of the prominent regions of entertainment, it can also be reached by water taxis from Fethiye Harbour. The shoreline is 6km long and is significant for their nesting turtles.
Slightly further away are the ancient ruins and unspoilt 20km beach of Patara and also Salikent Gorge famous for Rafting. The hilltop Roman city of Cadianda is 20mins from the Villa
Uzumlu area
The village of Uzumlu is one of spectacular natural beauty, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine forests and rugged hillsides. Villa Sunset is situated in an elevated position, surrounded by pine forests, with exceptional views over the valley, as Uzumlu is 500m above sea level the cool mountain breezes are more than welcome especially in the summer.
The traditional village of Uzumlu is a short walk away and has managed to retain all the natural charm and character of a traditional Turkish village and yet still has the convenience of a modern town like Fethiye which is just twenty minutes drive away.
Uzumlu has shops in order to buy local produce, a post office, restaurants and a wine bar, and a local market on Fridays. This relaxed village is ideal for those looking for a little peace and quiet, breathtaking scenery and the enchantment of rural life.
Uzumlu is a quiet rural area steeped in history and is ideal as a base for exploring the turkish countryside and the surrounding area.
How to get there
O Fly to Dalaman Airport, then minbus or taxi transfer to villa in Uzumlu which we can arrange for you at a reasonable price. Transfers can be arranged for you: 1 – 4 people £35 One Way £60 Return 5 or more £10 one way per person £15 return per person

We can arrange airport transfers for you. We also provide some essentials for you for your arrival. A full shop can be undertaken for you - please enquire when booking. All linen and towels are provided but not beach towels, please bring your own. For a 2 week stay you will have a bed linen and towel change mid way but not a full clean. For that special birthday, anniversary or any reason you want we can arrange for a chef to come to the villa and cook you a wonderful meal. He or she will do the shopping then prepare and serve the food to the table.
If you do not fancy hiring a car and driving yourselves we can arrange a mini bus or car, with your own driver, to take you where ever you want to visit, no need to rush, just spend as much time as you want at the local beauty spots. We can also arrange minibus hire/car hire for you. Also we can arrange any trips and excursions for you with return transfers from the villa (a small charge will be made for the transfers.) 24 hour helpline is provided - english speaking. Pool and garden maintained daily.
Conditions
All guests must have adequate travel insurance. A 25% deposit is required on booking, which is non refundable, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday. A £250 breakage deposit is required when balance is due, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure ( subject to satisfactory property inspection ). Minor breakages such as a glass or plate etc can be replaced locally, if you would leave a few lira to cover the cost that will be appreciated. Smoking allowed outside only please.

The location was fantastic, who could ask for anything more, close enough to civilization but sufficiently rural to ensure you could relax and rewind and the views of the countryside and mountains were fantastic.
