Cadianda villa is just a 15 minute stroll from the village square, situated just at the base of the Taurus mountains. It has a private sun terrace and stunning mountain views all around. Each bedroom has its own large balcony. There is a private parking space. The villa is large and spacious with plenty of room for 8 people.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
There are many items of interest in the surrounding area. Beautiful locations such as Olu Deniz with its Blue Lagoon. The surrounding mountains with their pine clad forests and snow capped peaks. There is the traditional market town of Fethiye with its busy harbour. Calis beach and promenade. There are several sports in the area including mountaineering, cycling, swimming, paragliding, water skiing, diving, tennis, horse-riding, white water rafting, sailing and fishing. For those of you that like historical places there are many ancient archaeological sites to visit and many villages steeped in local history. We are sure that whatever your interests you will find something you like here in Turkey!
Uzumlu area
The villa is situated in the exclusive village of Uzumlu, 500 metres above sea level, set at the foot of the Taurus mountains. The village has several small shops, a post office, restaurants and a wine bar. It is 10 minutes drive from the beach resort of Calis where many bars and restaurants can be found, a couple of discos and a small waterpark. The town of Fethiye is a short drive away. Here you will find a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and a market. A couple of large supermarkets can also be found here. There is a Marina and harbour from which you can take various boat trips. The livelier resorts of Hisonarou and Ovacik can be easily reached by car or dolmus and the beautiful beach and blue lagoon in Olu Deniz. There are several historical sites in the area to be explored. There are also Turkish baths and mud baths. Many activities can be found locally such as horse-riding, paragliding, and water sports. There is also a ski resort just over an hours drive away.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. It is well furnished with air conditioning. French doors lead out onto a large balcony with panoramic views of the mountains. There are 2 twin bedded rooms, both well furnished and with air-conditioning. Both bedrooms have french doors leading out to their own large balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. These two rooms share the family bathroom. The lounge area has a large double sofa bed, with downstairs bathroom and air-conditioning.

Long term winter lets available on request. A £100 refundable damage deposit is required at time of booking. No all male parties. No smoking permitted inside the villa.

Our over all verdict on our holiday was fabulous. It was without a doubt our best holiday ever. The villa was extremely well equipped. We had the best holiday ever, and loved your villa. I have written reams in your guest comments book, detailing all the activities and places we went to. The country is amazing, and the people so friendly. We have come away knowing quite a few Turkish words, thanks to our neighbours, & many friendly waiters. So thank you once again - Carol & Mark Hoyland. I would like to say how much we enjoyed our holiday & how lovely the villa is, especially with only two of us. We loved the villa, the country & the people and did not want to come home!
