Very spacious individually designed, German built villa with a private swimming pool, offering tranquility in its own secluded walled gardens which affords privacy and is suitable our Muslim guests.

There are several terraces to relax on including a delightful courtyard offering you choice of sun or shade. By the pool is an outside shower. The pool also has a children's pool area.

Based at the foot of the Taurus mountains and backing on to the pine forest you can enjoy the sound of bird song, catch sight of the occasional tortoise, as he strolls across the garden,yet just a short walk away is the delightful authentic Turkish village with its shops, restaurants and little bakery. There is also a weekly market in the Square where you can buy fresh local produce.

Villa Kismet offers versatile accommodation on two floors. On second floor are two large double bedrooms. One bedroom is ensuite and there is a separate family bathroom next to the second bedroom. On the ground floor there is a further double bedroom and a separate family shower-room. In the large hallway leading to the front door is a glass doorway through to a very magnificent Dining area, seating 8 comfortably. There is also a dining table in the spacious, light and airy open plan kitchen. Leading from the dining room is the generous lounge area, complete with a desk table and corner plan seating, satellite TV and a wood burning stove for the winter months.

Extra accommodation is available by arrangement as there are two sitting rooms, one of which has a single and double sofa bed.

Local representatives will be on hand to 'meet and greet' you on arrival and assist with any information you need during your stay. They will be happy to arrange your airport transfers, or car hire at competitive rates and advise on local tours.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This is a truly stunning coastline, with rugged cliffs plunging into the turquoise sea. The climate offers pleasurably warm days from April onwards.

Ancient ruins from the Lycian period can be seen at Cadianda, Letoon, Xaanthos, Sidyma or take a walk along the famous Lycian Way.

Places of particular interest are Blue lagoon ( Oludeniz) with its calm turquoise waters is a national nature reserve.It is frequently rated as one of the top five beaches in the world, as well as offering a vibrant night life.

Saklikent Gorge is the second largest gorge in Europe, and is a spectacular place. Apart from the gorge walk itself, there are many small restaurants suspended just above the rushing waters where you can feast on the local delights.


Fethiye is an attractive, authentic bustling town with shops, supermarkets and banks.

It has a magnificent harbour and wonderful promenade with a vast choice of bars and restaurants. From here you can book day boat and Gulet trips to experience the stunning Lycian coastline, swim from the boats and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

From Fethiye you can even catch the hydrofoil to Rhodes.

For the more energetic, there is paragliding, scuba diving, white water rafting, horse riding all locally available. This is also a perfect area for walking and cycling.

The Tuesday market is a must have experience; browse the local fresh produce, beautiful Turkish linens,fashions and eat freshly made Turkish specialities.
