Home description
From the minute you walk up the steps to the property you will be feel a sense of coming home and instant relaxation! Walking up the steps you will see the pool and the large terrace perfect for sunbathing. The upper terrace, which is covered, provides plenty of seating and is the perfect place to dine al fresco, whilst overlooking the pool. The covered terrace also has a divan - the perfect place to lie, relax and read a book!
Once in the front door you will be in a hallway which leads into the open plan lounge and dining room area. Patio doors lead from both the dining area and the lounge to the covered terrace. The kitchen is accessed through an arch and is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The ground floor also has a family toilet/shower room.
The first floor provides three double bedrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite, and a further family shower room. All bedrooms are fully furnished and provide all the space you need in order to just unpack and relax. All three bedrooms on the first floor also have their own balconies.
The second floor consists of two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower attachment.
All rooms are air conditioned and furnished with handmade local furniture.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The bustling town and harbour of Fethiye is 18 Kilometres away from Uzumlu and can be reached by regular dolmus or by car.
The world renown resort of Olu Deniz 'the blue lagoon' with its sheltered beach and lagoon which is ideal for children and swimming, is a short distance away from Fethiye, as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively nightlife, clubs and restaurants.
Calis beach is 5km from Fethiye and is one of the prominent regions of entertainment, it can also be reached by water taxis from Fethiye Harbour. The shoreline is 6km long and is significant for their nesting turtles.(approximately 15mins drive from the villa)
Slightly further away are the ancient ruins and unspoilt 20km beach of Patara and also Salikent Gorge famous for Rafting. The hilltop Roman city of Cadianda is 20mins from the Villa
Uzumlu area
Evi Manzara is ideally situated just behind the village centre and is within a 5 minute walk of the picturesque village of Uzumlu.
The village of Uzumlu is one of spectacular natural beauty, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine forests and rugged hillsides, as Uzumlu is 500m above sea level the cool mountain breezes are more than welcome especially in the summer.
The traditional village of Uzumlu is a short walk away and has managed to retain all the natural charm and character of a traditional Turkish village and yet still has the convenience of a modern town like Fethiye which is just twenty minutes drive away.
Uzumlu has shops in order to buy local produce, a post office, restaurants and a newly opened wine bar, and a local market on Fridays. This relaxed village is ideal for those looking for a little peace and quiet, breathtaking scenery and the enchantment of rural life.
Uzumlu is a quiet rural area steeped in history and is ideal as a base for exploring the turkish countryside and the surrounding area. Perfect for walking holidays.
How to get there
Fly to Dalaman Airport, then minbus or taxi transfer to villa in Uzumlu which we can arrange for you at a reasonable price. Transfers can be arranged for you: 1 – 4 people £35 One Way £60 Return 5 or more £10 one way per person £15 return per person

General: Welcome pack on arrival, 24 hour helpline, Excursions with local pick up points, car hire arranged, our local agents who will come and visit you, sort out all of your requirements without you even having to leave the villa.
For guests enjoying a two week stay a mid week towel and linen change will be provided. A full clean can be undertaken at an additional charge.
Pool and garden maintained daily.
Conditions
All guests must have adequate travel insurance. A 25% deposit is required on booking, which is non refundable, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday. A £250 breakage deposit is required when balance is due, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure ( subject to satisfactory property inspection ). Minor breakages such as a glass or plate etc can be replaced locally, if you would leave a few lira to cover the cost that will be appreciated. Smoking allowed outside only please.

Flight back was ok we were all sad to be leaving such a beautiful place and perfect villa. Thanks for all the organising you did for us it made our holiday just wanted we wanted.
