"Le Mas des Grands Chênes" is situated in the peace and tranquility of the stunning open countryside of the Languedoc area. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 7km from the beautiful village of Uzès, in the Pont du Gard region all amenties are a stone's throw away. The village of Uzès hosts a local market with fresh produce, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The stunning coastal region of "La Grande Motte" lies no further than an hour away.
The farmhouse hosts its own private outdoor swimming pool, as well as a spacious private garden. The outdoor covered terrace, fully furnished with table and chairs permits barbecues and alfresco dining. "Le Mas des Grands Chênes" is ideal for families, with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.

Uzes / Arpaillargues area

The Place aux Herbes, the magnificent Duchy and the twice weekly market, selling the freshest of local Provencale produce are hallmarks of this beautiful town. Furthermore the variety of summer festivals and entertainment are sure to cater for every taste. Other leisure activities within close proximity to the farmhouse include cycling, horse riding, fishing, mountain biking, rollerblading, swimming, tennis, walking, hiking, climbing and kayaking.

BY TRAIN: TGV from Paris/Lille to Avignon/Nimes connects to the Eurostar. In summertime, there are direct trains available from London to Avignon.
